08/02/2025: Excellent culinary experience, with a wide selection of menu items and "dedicated" menus. And thank you for even trying the wagyu sushi, excellent quality and a great, out-of-the-ordinary idea. Excellent quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and the desserts, either made with local Japanese products or brought directly from Japan, are a real highlight! The place isn't big, and luckily... It has a beautiful open kitchen overlooking a large room, and it makes an impression! But the real impact is the food when it touches your palate and taste buds. Good wine list. Well done! The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and they manage to socialize with the customers, making them feel at ease. The price is reasonable for everything I mentioned above, good.
