I agree with all the positive opinions I have read about the place. At the moment I have only had the opportunity to try the pizza, and I can guarantee that it is the best in Bardonecchia and also gives points to several in Turin... The only criticism I can make is that the operating hours that you read on Google are not respected: more often than not when you read 'open hours' you find it closed and also without even a sign on the door that says for example. *the business will be closed all day today* and similar...

I'll start with the staff, who are truly courteous. As for the dishes, I chose the "Baked pork shank with Barolo glaze and sautéed vegetables": truly an excellent shank, prepared to perfection: very tender, tasty and with a magnificent appearance; I complimented the chef because he really deserved it. My family members instead ordered two different pizzas, which turned out to be really tasty and arrived together with the shank, excellent timing. The only flaw is that the price of water is a little too high for me.

I visited the restaurant twice, the second time because the first time was so good! I had a pizza the first time and it was excellent. The second time I had the Guancia (cheek) with patate all'inglese (roast potatoes), which were delicious. The restaurant is smart but relaxed, and the service was first class. The prices were very reasonable - definitely recomended.
