Too expensive for the food offered!!

Very good food and really great cream coffee.

Golden rule: don't go to tourist restaurants at the end of the season! Unfortunately, I fell for it and paid the price. In September, the kiosk (on the beach) may be reducing the kitchen staff or decreasing the attention, but the fact is that the food was terrible, especially considering the price. My companion ordered a mixed shellfish appetizer with a hefty price tag that included "cape lunghe" (long mussels) on the menu. It arrived without the aforementioned cape lunghe and with unpresentable mussels. The waiter apologized, not realizing they weren't all there, and offered a limoncello (a small shot). My Sicilian-style paccheri were in a less than attractive sauce (see photo). Although the flavor was good, I didn't think the presentation was adequate. The impression is that everyone is working smugly, since the customer is no longer seen. And there are no waiters, no bread. You always have to call. Too bad, the weather was still nice and the place was full. Bad experience.

Very friendly staff, really good food, and great pizza. Right on the beach, the atmosphere is very cozy. Highly recommended 👌 And the rooftop terrace is a really nice place to party.

Beautiful restaurant right on the beach and sea. I've been there three times, and the food was delicious every time (pizza, fritto misto, calamari alla grigla). The prices are reasonable. Gabbiano is and will remain one of my favorite restaurants in town 🙂🌴
