When chance turns into luck!
We stopped in on a Sunday, coming up from the deep south, very hungry but with no idea where to eat. While searching, we found this place. When we first walked in, it seemed a little swanky, but as soon as the waiters approached, we realized they were simply professional, yet human. Impeccable service, fast despite the packed crowd, and above all, EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. I'm originally from Puglia, and the orecchiette with turnip tops I ordered took me back to my grandmother's house.
Finally, the price was top-notch, more than reasonable considering the market and the quality.
Highly recommended (I'll definitely be back!)

I had the chance to speak with the owner, who kindly called over the head chef to explain how they make their pizza. I was truly impressed by the skill and care put into each pizza. The crust was perfectly risen and light, and the overall taste was fantastic. The restaurant itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for authentic, high-quality pizza. It definitely deserves the highest rating!

As a celiac, finding a restaurant that truly caters to the needs of those with this intolerance is not easy. Here, however, I found great attention and professionalism in preparing gluten-free pizzas, ensuring a safe and tasty experience. The head chef personally explained to me how they prepare the dough, a gesture I greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff extremely friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to all celiacs: a place where you don't have to sacrifice flavor!

Raffaello is a guarantee, both for its food and its pizza.
They use top-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection.
The pizza is super easy to digest, and their desserts are exquisite.
For me, it's the best gluten-free restaurant in Bari.
Special mention goes to the owner and staff, who are exceptionally courteous.

Absolutamente increíble restaurante abierto para el almuerzo y la cena. Ambiente elegante, camarera agradable, deliciosa pasta y vino y precio razonable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.
