Che dire lo chef Pino non si smentisce mai con la sua favolosa cucina. Pesce sempre fresco e preparato senza tanta lavorazione per far sì che il gusto resta quello reale. Sono solito prendere degli antipasti di crudo, che sono veramente squisiti, deliziosi, freschi ed abbattuti, nonché impiantati con classe. Ricci di mare ostriche scampi salmone tonno, il tutto veramete squisito.Personale di cucina preparato e all’altezza, come l’aiuto ai secondi. E che dire della sala tutti professionali e attenti al cliente. Non mancano dei vini ottimi sia bianchi, bollicine che rossi.Per finire sempre una bella esperienza culinaria.

È sempre un piacere tornare a Bocca d’Ersa! Quando capito nella zona e ne ho la possibilità, mi fermo volentieri a cena in uno dei migliori ristoranti della Val d‘Elsa, che mi delizia sempre coi suoi piatti di pesce, mai banali e ben accompagnati dalla selezione dei vini che offre il locale. Questa volta ho anche approfittato di una variante fuori menù, tagliata di tonno con contorno di cipolle caramellate e insalata di carciofi freschi: strepitosa! 😋

29/06/2025: I can only describe the exterior because I worked outside but the place is simply wonderful immersed in the greenery and silence of an immaculate and wild Tuscany
08/06/2025: I have been back to eat here several times, but this time the experience was particularly nice. The menu has some really good new dishes, the dishes we tried pleasantly surprised us. I liked the livers with glaze, the sea bass accompanied by mango leche. The fettuccine with squid ink and the Cinta Senese cheek literally melted in the mouth because it was so tender. The dishes chosen by my partner were also excellent, confirming the excellent cuisine, the service was also attentive, discreet and friendly, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The price is in line with the quality of both the food and the environment: serene, well-kept and welcoming. A restaurant that manages to exceed expectations every time. Ps: The spa is also very beautiful!
