We ordered the pizza with burnt wheat dough. It looked interesting, but when it arrived, I realized it was quite dry and hard. The toppings were excellent, using quality ingredients. The dough should be reworked.

I've been to Ristorante Pizzeria Al Tabaco several times, and it's become a regular occurrence. I've tried both the pizza and the restaurant, and both times I've been completely satisfied. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every dish, and everything is prepared with great care. The restaurant is modern, elegant, and very welcoming, with an excellent wine list that perfectly complements the experience. Special praise goes to the owner, who is always available and attentive to his customers' needs, finding the best solution with professionalism and courtesy. There weren’t any vegan options on the menu, but when I mentioned that I’m vegan, the waiter spoke with the chef and they happily made a special dish just for me. It was absolutely delicious! The chef even came out to ask if I liked it, which was such a lovely touch. Amazing food, wonderful service, and really warm hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this place!

12/03/2026: Beautiful and welcoming wine cellar, where they explained to us with great courtesy and hospitality the different types of wine they produce, to help us choose, excellent I would say.
22/02/2026: Sengiari deserves all 5 stars with honors! Two of us went last night (February 21, 2026) and were greeted wonderfully, with impeccable service, even allowing us to store our coats. They escorted us to our table, and, surrounded by a unique atmosphere and knowledgeable and very friendly staff, they took our order, changing the wine for each dish we chose. We had a truly wonderful dinner; everything was delicious. We had the Florentine steak: we didn't even need to cut it, it was so tender! I wasn't familiar with the place, and it was a lovely surprise. We will definitely be back, and in the meantime, in addition to highly recommending it, I would like to compliment the staff, who are truly friendly and professional, the person preparing the menu, and the owner, a man with great experience in his field. Well done, thank you for the wonderful evening you offered us.
