I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Pizzeria "Al Monterosso" in Viagrande and was struck by the authenticity of the flavors. The staff is exceptional, kind and attentive, always ready to recommend the best of the menu with a passion that shines through in every detail. The restaurant's true strength is undoubtedly the mushroom dishes. I ordered a pizza with very fresh porcini mushrooms, and their flavor was unmistakable, a sign of superior quality. The dough was good, but it was the mushrooms that made the experience unforgettable. Beyond the pizza, the staff's recommendations were invaluable for savoring other dishes where freshness and careful preparation are the key features. The quality of the products absolutely justify the value for money, even if it's not a cheap place. After a long time, we returned to this pizzeria and, once again, it did not disappoint. The pizza is delicious, the location is very nice and clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Thanks to Nello's resourcefulness and suggestions, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at "Al Monterosso" in Zafferana. Fresh, seasonal mushrooms (grilled, breaded, sautéed, raw with parmesan shavings and with cherry tomatoes and onions), classic bruschetta, and, to finish, a ricotta cannoli filled to order with a crunchy biscuit—delicious! Thank you, Nello, for your advice and professionalism, which is not always a given these days in Sicily.

A great place where you can eat well, authentically, and with quality products. The empty plates brought back to the kitchen speak for themselves. I had the mezze dello chef, wow!!! Porcine mushrooms, real ones, and plenty of them. What a flavor, I loved it. My husband and son each had a pizza. And they had a hard time finishing it because it was so full. They loved it. I recommend it.

Fantastic pizza, easy to digest and tasty. Excellent and attentive staff, adequate in number for the size of the place. The strong point is no long waits.
