In a retro and informal atmosphere, you can enjoy traditional flavors and wines of all kinds. Open 11am-11pm non-stop, it's also a great place for a snack. There are also some very charming outdoor tables. We enjoyed the cappellacci and the pasticcio di maccheroni. Both are excellent and highly recommended, as is the Fortana, a PGI red wine from Bosco Eliceo.

A truly unique historic venue, considered one of the oldest inns in the world: for this alone, it's worth a visit. The atmosphere is its real highlight, with vintage furnishings, dusty bottles, and an intimate setting that seems frozen in time. The cuisine offers typical Ferrara dishes (such as pumpkin cappellacci and passatelli), deeply rooted in tradition and accompanied by a good selection of local wines. Prices are generally average, especially considering the historic setting. Service is average: friendly but sometimes a bit disorganized, especially during busy periods. Keep in mind that they don't accept reservations, so there may be a wait.

A very intimate, traditional place with excellent food. The service, however, was the icing on the cake, as Francesco was incredibly kind to us and our dachshund. It was a shame we didn't have cash to tip him... Highly recommended!

Tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented dishes Original dishes and good wines in quality glasses, which never hurts! The French cheeses and Sauternes to finish are highly appreciated.
