RISTORANTE PIZZERIA AL DUCA In Cividale del friuli

Loved the fact that they gave us a seat and a pizza at 14.30 when every other place in town said they were closing. Pizzas were nice, two types, the thin one as well as the one with a thick crust on the outside. Loved both. Great coffee also!

Place located in the most beautiful square in Cividale, excellent pizza, friendly and quick staff, especially the friendliness of the waiter Filippo. We will definitely be back.

Welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, excellent food

I have dined several times at the restaurant under the current management, I have always found it good both from the point of view of the service and the quality of the food. Unfortunately on the last occasion it wasn't like this, I dined out on a rather crowded evening with customers, the tables were all pushed together, the waiters had no room to move, so much so that at a certain point a waiter elbowed me not at all delicate in my head, he simply apologized and moved on, without asking me if I had hurt myself or needed some ice, which was quite serious as far as I'm concerned. There were three of us at the table, we had 2 main courses of meat with side dishes and 1 hamburger, mediocre quality and all the dishes were lukewarm if not cold. Stunning location in the square. I recommend the place at times that are not too crowded because otherwise both the service and the quality of the dishes can be compromised.

All good, the tartare, the fried foods, the vegetables, the croutons with lard, the only note the service is painful, a little more attention would be needed for such an elegant place

Didn't get a spot on the first visit, but it worked on the second attempt. Very good pizza (thin dough and enough toppings), had pizza verdura (peppers, zucchini, eggplant, onions), very good Czech draft beer (Kozel). Price ok.
