We spent 2 weeks on holiday at Lake Garda, the restaurant and pizzeria (and hotel) at Cervo is the only one we returned to for dinner.
Modern and very clean room, the bathroom looks like a living room, in fact there is also a TV.
We tried both the restaurant and the pizzeria, finding high quality ingredients and recipes with really interesting twists, such as the pasta with carbonara enriched with smoked eel instead of the usual bacon.
The pizza stands out for having a high edge and a fragrant dough, very digestible because it has risen for 72 hours, in fact it does not produce crumbs as it is never dry.
Absolutely worth trying.

Not in the center of Malcesine, but definitely worth the 20 minute walk from the center. Delicious. Both the pizza and the pasta, fish & meat specialties. We would recommend reservation, otherwise you will have to wait during peak times.

Unfortunately, after the change of ownership, it's no longer quite our taste. Completely new menu (very fish-heavy), pizza no longer as good and no longer in the selection as before. The service is friendly, but the “family” and relaxed atmosphere is no longer there. It's a shame, you can go there, but not as often as before.

Außergewöhnliche Pizza des Hauses, sehr zu empfehlen, bekommt man nicht überall. Freundliche Bedienungen, gibt nichts auszusetzen, einzig etwas teuer.

Cibo veramente buonissimo nel nostro caso a base di pesce di lago.
Gestore gentilissimo così come tutto il personale in particolare ai camerieri che ci hanno seguito.
Prezzo giusto per la qualità del cibo..!!
