I went here for dinner with my girlfriend on the recommendation of a friend. We chose the short tasting menu and had a great time. Everything was delicious and tasty, with some traditional Piedmontese dishes (like the Fassona beef tartare) revisited with an innovative touch that I really appreciated, as well as very interesting dishes like their tortelloni.
I think the menu varies based on the chef's products, and he even came to our table at the end of the meal to check if everything was to our liking (his gesture was greatly appreciated).
I highly recommend this place.

The food was delicious, the service correct (not fast and not Italian endlessly slow), and atmosphere that matched. The antipasti and dessert were out of this world delicious. Try the chestnut crembrûlé !
My one suggestion- which is for all restaurants in Torino- SMILE! A smile goes a long way when you are serving people.

We visited this restaurant and had a truly extraordinary experience. We chose the full 8-course tasting menu: each dish was unique, carefully crafted, and exceptionally flavorful, probably one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. I think it's my favorite restaurant in Turin. Excellent value for money, the cuisine is top-notch, with original and delicious dishes. The service is attentive yet informal and pleasant. Everything is perfect. A lovely place, close to Piazza Vittorio.
