Ristorante Pianoterra In Milano

This was the second NH Collection hotel that we stayed at. Check-in was slow, but it was nice once we were settled. The morning breakfast was good. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice. The food was good, but pricey and its a very limited menu. Our premium room was very comfortable. Room temperature was an issue on a couple of occasions we were there for 5 nights. There are a lot of stores and restaurants withing easy walking distance and cab service to the hotel is fast.

A nice city hotel. Well located. Special thanks to Alessandro in F&B. He was extremely active, hardworking, dynamic, and always very helpful, thank you for the excellent service!

The restaurant has very good and delicious food and the service is excellent, especially from the employee Sharif, who treats people with elegance and respect.

We visited Camelia's Yard Bistro during our stay, the food was excellent as was the service from our waiter Sherif. He was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant when staying here.

Sherif was our server and he was amazing! He was very attentive and had good recommendations for wine!

Very Good hotel and have Very Good coffee!!!

I often take our company's clients to this hotel, and every time the experience is truly impeccable. The hotel is elegant and welcoming, with consistently top-notch service. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly surprised: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and prompt service. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays.
