Great ambience, great service, great food, great wine.

Very nice place with a welcome equal to a lunch at a friends house. We ate very well and despite being demanding guests and with different intolerances/eating styles, we were all largely satisfied with our requests. Entrée complimentary. Excellent vegetarian choice but could be improved with at least a second course. Portions more than adequate. Impeccable service with great attention to the change of cutlery and delivery times of the dishes. Cute retro style environment. We will definitely be back!

Slow food snails never lie! Characteristic tavern near the Bari seafront, with a slightly vintage and charming setting. The owner welcomes you like a host, you ring the bell to enter. The menu is varied, but well curated. As an entrée offered by the house, a bran tomato cream; as a first course I opted for crescents filled with ricotta and turnip tops, really special! Prices are a little high for Bari, but it is a place I highly recommend

Qui certamente si mangia molto bene e si beve con piacere scegliendo da una bella carta matura e consapevole. I piatti sono tradizionali , alcuni filologici, altri con una marcia creativa in più. Ma l’ ingrediente migliore è qualcosa di raro, non in commercio: la classe e l’accoglienza del padrone di casa, che rende questo locale caldo ,ospitale, da cittadini del mondo.

The Routard guide recommends it. And it’s verified. We ring the bell and enter a restaurant with character. The service is “very attentive”. And the cuisine is refined. The regional wine recommended to us by the owner (who speaks French) was perfect. An address in Bari to remember.

PerBacco is a great spot in Bari! The food is absolutely delicious, with rich, authentic flavors that make each bite a treat. The wine list is fantastic, with lots of options that pair perfectly with the menu. The cozy, intimate atmosphere makes it the ideal place for a relaxed night out. If there’s one thing I’d add, it’s a bit more warmth in the customer service, something you’d naturally expect in such a charming setting. But honestly, the amazing food and ambiance more than make up for it. Highly recommend!

I had the pumpkin flan and the rabbit with chestnuts. The flan was really good, but the rabbit did not impress me. My bf had a very disappointing pasta (chestnuts, pecorino, and pancetta, I think) that I also tried and we both thought it lacked flavor. The pork filet was a bit chewy, too. As a regular restaurant, I would maybe give 4 stars, but for their prices I would expect better.

Kleines sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetest Restaurant in der Neustadt von Bari. Nach Reservation wird man extremfreundlich fangen, genießt sofort sympathische angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Tisch ist geschmackvoll gedeckt Servietten aus Stoff, rundherum alles passend. Eine ausgezeichnete kleine Karte die für jeden Geschmack etwas bietet. Slow Food alles auf den Punkt gegart und extrem gut abgeschmeckt. Ein Menü welches man sich selbst zusammenstellt und auch in der Menge exakt passt. Der sehr sympathische Chef hilft bei der Weinauswahl ,die dann auch auf den Punkt genau stimmt Rundherum ein tolles Restaurant, ich wünsche mir dass es mehrere davon gibt. Es war ein herrlicher Abend. vielen Dank
