Stone, wood, and a fireplace in the center create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The Blue d'Aosta parcels are excellent and deserve a closer look. Overall, the food is good. A wide selection of craft beers is a favorite, but... there was no wine list, and the selection is limited to those on display, with no price listed. The Pinot Noir we chose is from an excellent winery in Introd, but frankly, the price, especially of the wine, seemed a bit high. But frankly, pairing beer with local cuisine isn't exactly appropriate.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a warm and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and passion for food and wine were evident in every aspect of our visit. We started with a delightful selection of cheeses and charcuterie, beautifully presented and full of rich, authentic flavors. For the main course, we chose the Beef Tenderloin, which was expertly grilled rare over a wood stove by the mother of the sommelier who runs the place. The meat, sourced from local white cattle in Piemonte, was incredibly tender and had a subtle firewood aroma that added a rustic, smoky depth to each bite. To complement our meal, the sommelier recommended a fantastic local red wine—Cave Gargantua’s 2022 Pierre, made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the north-facing slopes of the Aosta Valley. It was the perfect pairing, enhancing the flavors of the beef with its elegant structure and refined character. To round off the evening, we enjoyed a smooth and aromatic Grappa alongside a rich, perfectly brewed espresso. It was the ideal way to end a truly exceptional meal. Since the restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis, we made our booking on the same day, which worked out well. In addition to the incredible dining experience, they also offer a few charming hotel rooms, making it a wonderful destination for a full getaway. This place is absolutely worth traveling for—whether for the outstanding food, the carefully curated wines, or the genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to return!
