Disappointing experience. We came in at 1:30 PM with my family, my wife, and my daughter, and left at 4:30 PM. Two set menus and a main course for my daughter, and an interminable wait. It was Sunday lunchtime and there weren't even any crowds. The food was nothing special and the price was steep.

A true culinary gem – SABIR I discovered SABIR almost by accident, but it was one of those discoveries that makes you want to return again and again. The restaurant is meticulously designed, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The menu is a perfect balance of tradition and creativity: each dish tells a story, with fresh ingredients and surprising pairings. The staff is attentive, friendly, and never intrusive, always ready to recommend the perfect wine or explain the dishes with passion and expertise. You can clearly sense their love for cooking and their dedication to their guests. SABIR is one of those places that leaves a lasting impression: not just for what you eat, but for how you feel. On September 15th I went to Sabir for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. This evening we returned for the second time, bringing friends. I'm writing this review to share my experience and because I absolutely hate lies and have read too many fake reviews. In this restaurant, the food is undoubtedly the star of the show. The various tasting menus offer impeccable quality ingredients and sophisticated flavors, an explosive combination for the customer. Regardless of whether or not they like a dish, it's truly absurd to read such negative things about the staff at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism, the right amount of attention, and impeccable, attentive service. At the end of the dinner, my husband and the staff organized a surprise for me, and seeing my excitement, they smiled and rejoiced along with me. Often in restaurants like this, you find cold, overly strict staff, and the result is terrible, but that's not the case here. This evening I really enjoyed dining in the cellar. I chose the vegetarian menu to try different dishes from my first time there. I especially enjoyed the risotto and cheesecake. I can't wait to try the new fall menus (please don't leave out the lemon iris), and I hope to meet the chef one day. You're a winning team, and I'm jealous of it! See you soon, Valeria and Giovanni.

Was so good we came back two nights in a row. Great service, food, and wine. Extremely popular locally. You must get the pistachio ice cream dessert

Pleasant, simple, linear and tastefully furnished place, delicious dishes created with excellent quality local raw materials, young, knowledgeable and helpful staff, we spent a lovely evening, I recommend it
