High level food and wine experience. Dishes with attention to the smallest details. The staff very kind. Antonio, specifically, was very professional. We will definitely be back.

If you want to live a real culinary "experience", you are in the right place. Refined environment, refined dishes, excellent on the palate and beautiful to look at! Special mention to the raw seafood and pistachio ice cream served with mini brioches and accompanying sauces. Excellent value for money. Compliments!

Sabir, the greenery of the exteriors that frames it and the elegant sobriety of the interiors introduce you to the tasting of many dishes where the balance of the local food materials with the preparation of the cuisine is impeccable and the palate and mind rejoice. Delicious food, excellent service and very beautiful and relaxing location. We had dinner with 4 adults + 2 children in the garden. The bill is certainly not cheap but considering the quality - price ratio, it is worth what you spend. Must try.

Very refined environment, truly precise and courteous service, worthy of a starred restaurant. Very good food, quality raw materials and excellent execution. Amuse bouche are offered while you wait and also a small dish to clean your mouth between one dish and another. The small pastry shop is included with the coffee and is very refined and delicious.

23/11/2024: Overall a great experience in this starred restaurant, we chose the Sciaredda tasting menu, as often happens in such a long menu, finding a common thread is never easy, usually we remember the first and last courses, in fact that was the case! . We also declared our "notes" in person so as not to just be keyboard lions. The wine list perhaps a little unbalanced on the territory and certainly "unbalanced" on prices, unfortunately, for those like us, wine is 50% of the experience it will be a reason not to return.
30/10/2024: An excellent star restaurant with a generous and locally-focused cuisine - there is a suitable story for almost every dish, and the service presents the dishes with pride. The most important thing for me is the creative, versatile patisserie. The restaurant also has a unique interior. The service is very welcoming and attentive.

31/08/2024: We went yesterday for dinner because of the good references we read, without a doubt, it is an incredible place! The food (all gluten-free that we ordered) was incredible, fresh pasta and great ingredients. The treatment was especially good. I can only recommend it!!
30/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant, open kitchen, excellent raw materials, divinely crafted. The photos speak for themselves. Today we went to this restaurant for the second time (because we live in the Marche) otherwise we would be regular customers!!! Highly recommended!!!
