Each dish represents the place well, the "Madonita" cuisine made of typical products such as mushrooms, cheeses, suckling pig, are brought to the plate and elaborated in an innovative way with elegance without betraying the full and true taste of the products themselves
An excellent cuisine to my taste, for the dessert I will have to return.... except for the "Turk's head" (typical Castebuonese dessert) there wasn't much left

We had the pleasure of having Christmas lunch today at the "Al Palazzaccio" restaurant in Castelbuono and the experience was simply fantastic. Sandro and his team welcomed us with a warmth that made this festive day even more special. The dishes were a triumph of authentic flavours, prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
The service was impeccable, always attentive and ready to satisfy our every need. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely and allowed us to enjoy a relaxing and festive lunch.
We highly recommend "Al Palazzaccio" to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable Christmas lunch and not only in Castelbuono. Heartfelt thanks to Sandro and his collaborators for making our Christmas so special!

A very good experience, started by an excellent welcome and careful attention to the customer. the dishes on the Christmas menu were very good. The fried ricotta from the starters will remain etched in my memory, but in general all the courses were tasty. Not to be overlooked is the excellent homemade bread. And the price is very honest.

…consigliato da un amico siciliano che vive proprio da quelle parti abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante stellato dalla Guida Michelin, occasione anche per visitare il paese che ci ha davvero sorpreso, una perla per la Sicilia.
Abbiamo pranzato scegliendo il menù proposto per noi adulti ed alla carta perni bambini.
Il cibo era davvero di ottima qualità e il personale davvero gentile e disponibile.
I prezzi sono allineati al il livello di servizio e qualità offerta.
Di sicuro ci ritornerò!!!

Just amazing. Probably best lamb I've ever had, and some really amazing antipasti and pasta. The wine selection was also really good. Literally nothing to complain, worth cycling every one of the 1200 meters of elevation.
