This is truly the best restaurant in Castelbuono! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. The service was outstanding — our waiter Andrea was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even the chef, Fabrizio, came out to explain the dishes personally, which made the experience even more special. Thank you Sandro 😇!!

Excellent dishes with good quality food, very nice bread with local olive oil. Service could be improved with extra staff. We waited over an hour for the meat to arrive but it was very nice at the end. Definitely looking forward to come back !

Great food.
We started with appetizers.
For the 1st - pastas with porcini and pasta with zucchini.
For the main courses - veal steak, pork tenderloin and veal chick.
Combined with a bottle of local red vine it was great and very testy.
Need a small improve in speed of service.

I visited in mid-September. I had porcini mushroom pasta and lamb, which were both delicious. I was also able to taste the local water and olive oil. Also, the atmosphere of the town was wonderful.

Ristorante piccolino ma accogliente, camerieri molto disponibili e gentili.
Cibo di alto livello 2 primi, uno con porcini e l altro con ragù bianco ottimi ma l eccellenza la raggiungiamo con una guancia cotta col roner che si tagliava con un grissino, come la famosa pubblicità, prezzi giustificati dalla qualità ma comunque nella media.
Consigliatissimo.
