What a wonderful experience this restaurant!!! I ate food with attention to every detail, from the territory, aimed at enhancing true Sicilian cuisine. The service was impeccable, the passionate waiter proudly described each course, telling it as if it were the first time, with sweetness and knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to go there, if I were you, on a trip to Castelbuono.

Especially for meat lovers. Tasty antipasti and excellent pasta, but the main courses revolve around meat, lots of meat. And that is prepared OK, but not special. A bit of a tourist trap…

This little restaurant tucked away in a small village was amazing, the server explained every dish that we had as they came out and was happy to recommend the local and his favourite dishes on the menu, and the local olive oil is a must try.

Tutto perfetto. Porzioni abbondati e menù vario a gustoso. Ottima carta dei vini e servizio attento e cortese. Pane fatto da loro delizioso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. Da provare. Complimenti!

This was one of those rare situations when Michelin bib gourmand, and most TripAdvisor and Google reviews were spot on. Food was delicious, from bread, appetizer, pasta and meat mains. Wish I didn’t live so far!

22/08/2024: In Cefalù you are truly spoiled for choice on where to eat. But if you don't like proposals for tourists in the midst of infernal gangs and instead you are looking for elegance, research and passion you cannot fail to go to the Triscele restaurant. A very high level proposal and an attentive and precise staff in the beautiful setting of Cefalù. Your palate will find ample satisfaction whether you are a lover of meat, fish or a vegetarian. I absolutely recommend booking in advance

While the staff was very polite and nice, and the atmosphere was good, we left this restaurant hungry - so much so that we needed to go for a second dinner. The portions are microscopically small and if you don't take appetizers, first and second courses and dessert, there is no chance that you will be full. I would understand the idea of ​​this "exquisite" restaurant if the dishes were outstanding. But unfortunately they weren't. They were just good - and SMALL.
