Ristorante piccolino ma accogliente, camerieri molto disponibili e gentili.
Cibo di alto livello 2 primi, uno con porcini e l altro con ragù bianco ottimi ma l eccellenza la raggiungiamo con una guancia cotta col roner che si tagliava con un grissino, come la famosa pubblicità, prezzi giustificati dalla qualità ma comunque nella media.

It is mandatory to visit this restaurant if you are in Castelbuono. Dishes of perfect quality, made from fresh and local ingredients. Elegant, friendly atmosphere, informal but professional service. Wonderful unique flavors. Congratulations and we wish you every success!

Everything from A to Z is magnificent, it is certainly difficult to find everything in this restaurant in Sicily.
Of course there are others but for me this restaurant is among the best in Sicily.

Ottime portate tradizionali appena rivisitate ed eseguite magistralmente con materia prima di qualità. Delizioso il "percorso" antipasti, molto buoni i primi che abbiamo gustato, tagliolini freschi con funghi e fusilloni con cime di broccoli. Personale giovane, sorridente e gentile che illustra anche le portate chieste. Ottima esperienza, un po freddina la saletta che ci ha ospitato, servizi igienici da riferimento. Consigliato!

The predictions were confirmed. High quality food, helpful staff, very clean place. The materials used are exceptional and the various dishes are explained exhaustively.
We ate extraordinary ravioli with stew sauce and mushrooms, delicious rigatoni with ricotta and wild asparagus, excellent nevrodi suckling pig with baked potatoes and delicious tagliatelle with mushrooms and potatoes. Not to mention the sublime dessert of citrus fruit and almond biscuit.
We will return.

Each dish represents the place well, the "Madonita" cuisine made of typical products such as mushrooms, cheeses, suckling pig, are brought to the plate and elaborated in an innovative way with elegance without betraying the full and true taste of the products themselves
An excellent cuisine to my taste, for the dessert I will have to return.... except for the "Turk's head" (typical Castebuonese dessert) there wasn't much left
Welcoming and pleasant dining room staff
Negative note is represented by the little space for movement and on the table....
