Whenever I can, I always enjoy eating at this restaurant with my family because you can taste the authentic Reggio Emilia cuisine of the past. The quality is truly top-notch, as is everything else, the cleanliness of the place, and the professionalism of the service.

Excellent place to enjoy traditional Reggio Emilia cuisine and more. The place is tastefully decorated, not your average modern restaurant that all look the same. For starters, the cloth tablecloth and napkins are a miracle, and the tables are comfortably spaced apart. As for the food and service, I can only say that I've never eaten so well in Reggio Emilia, and I come here quite often, so I'll become a regular. I highly recommend it.

Truly excellent; we booked at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Supreme culatta and truly well-cooked traditional first courses. We'll definitely be back...

Excellent restaurant in Reggio Emilia, the quality of the food is unquestionable, I have never eaten tortelli and ciccia so good. The staff in the dining room are friendly and kind. The place is furnished in 80s style but I think it is just made and really elegant. I think it will become my favorite place when I am in the area.

In questo ristorante la qualità delle materie prime, la tradizione nel cucinarle è veramente alta! Tortelli ottimi, pasta ben eseguita e ben cotta ripieno abbondante e saporito! Il coniglio uno dei migliori mai mangiati! Una delizia la torta Susanna! Nonostante le pietanze non propriamente leggere tutto è risultato non unto e molto digeribile! La location è curata , pulita e originale, lo staff professionale ed educatissimo! Unica pecca prezzi un po’ alti, ovviamente quando si mangia così bene sono comunque ben spesi… Tornerò sicuramente quando avrò voglia di tradizione, quella fatta bene!

26/08/2025: Considering it's a takeaway pizzeria, in addition to the very good pizza, the level of service is excellent and the staff is super friendly.
10/06/2025: An excellent experience as always! This pizzeria never disappoints. The pizzas are simply delicious: well cooked, with a very high quality dough and seasoned to perfection with superior quality products. The atmosphere is homely, welcoming and very hospitable, which makes every visit a pleasure. What strikes me most is the creativity and care in choosing the weekly proposals, which always vary, surprising even regular customers. Highly recommended for those looking for excellent pizza and a warm environment.

Tabarin Osteria Popolare

12/10/2025: A centrally located restaurant with outdoor seating under a beautiful arcade that connects to the main square. Excellent service and a charming setting. The extensive menu features local specialties (the gnocco fritto is top-notch, as are the accompanying cold cuts) and traditional regional dishes. Prices are in line with the quality of the food. Definitely worth a try.
12/10/2025: In the center of Reggio Emilia, this osteria serves well-prepared dishes, both traditional and unusual. The staff is friendly and never pushy, and the prices are fair. Try it and then return. My father-in-law hadn't eaten frogs in years and was very satisfied.
