Good ingredients. Very friendly staff. We ate well. I was missing a bit of variety on the menu. Given the name of the place, I expected some typical Tuscan dishes, but I didn't find them. Overall, I recommend it; it was a great experience.

The food here is truly excellent, the staff are always friendly and smiling, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. The wine list features a Casentino accent, as a traditional restaurant should. Well done.

24/09/2025: Wow—what a hidden gem! Sartu absolutely blew us away. The steak was simply delicious (paired perfectly with an order of carrots), but what really took things over the top was the deconstructed cannoli—hands down one of the most unique and memorable desserts I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is incredibly intimate, with only 18 seats total. We felt so welcomed, and even the chef came out personally to say hello, which made the experience extra special. It truly feels like dining in a private kitchen rather than a restaurant. If you’re lucky enough to snag a reservation, you’re in for a treat. Highly recommend—this is a place you’ll never forget.
02/09/2025: I understand that reading 5 stars for all the reviews seems unbelievable, but it's the truth. Liliana moved from Naples to Cortona and brought with her the Neapolitan hospitality and culinary expertise. Plus, top-quality ingredients. I've been coming here for years and will always return. My son and I will never stop coming back.

DIFFERENT FROM THE OBVIOUS FLORENTINE RIB... AND THE OFFER IS WIDE, WITH LOTS OF QUALITY... GOOD TAGLIATELLE WITH WHITE TRUFFLE... CHAPEAU FOR THE DEER STEW... SIMPLE CELLAR... BUT GOOD AND ADEQUATE...
05/10/2025: Excellent osteria where you can eat excellent Tuscan food. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. If you're in the area, it's worth a stop.
