I booked a table for two to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. We were extremely satisfied.
The restaurant is very elegant, well-kept, and welcoming. The ambient music invites you in and prepares you for the atmosphere inside.
The service is attentive and present from the start, and the table setting is colorful and beautiful. The bread and salted butter, along with the chef's welcome, tell you how the evening is going.
I had the carpaccio and pizzoccheri (I recommend their pepper and herb mix), and my girlfriend had the wild boar cheek. Everything was delicious.
For what we ate and drank, the price was more than fair.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for a romantic or sophisticated evening here in Bormio.

The osteria is in the center of Bormio. It's a converted stable and truly charming. The service is courteous, quick, and very professional. The food is excellent. We had pumpkin fondant, veal tongue, pizzoccheri served strictly in lavec, broccoli risotto, and goose breast. They also served a welcome drink and sublime whipped butter. The bread was equally excellent. The price was in line with the quality and raw ingredients. Recommended.

Everything was excellent! From the service, to the quality of the food, and the ambiance itself. It's a very elegant and quite sophisticated restaurant. We were greeted by the chef and offered salted butter to accompany our bread. For appetizers, we had veal tongue and pumpkin fondue with goat's blue cheese, delicious. For our first course, pizzoccheri served in the traditional lavec sauce and broccoli risotto were excellent. For our second course, goose breast in a blueberry reduction. The waiters were kind and attentive. The place is very unique and has a subdued atmosphere. The price is definitely justified by the quality.

Typical restaurant in the heart of Bormio
Excellent service, excellent food with vegan and vegetarian options.
While waiting, they bring out exceptional, frothy mountain butter. The chef's entrée was fantastic: yogurt with honey and carasau bread.

Everything was superb: the ingredients, the cuisine, the wines, and the service. This elegant restaurant nestled in the rocks of an old stable, renovated and handed down from grandfather to this day. About thirty comfortable seats, soft music, and a warm atmosphere. Typical Valtellina cuisine with Sardinian-influenced seafood dishes. The chef hails from the island, resulting in a menu that pleases everyone. The owner is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and takes care of everything to perfection. The wine selection during dinner was stellar. Thank you, Eva!
