Nice place, nice menu, well-prepared dishes.
I've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. However, I'm giving it one star because the prices have gotten a bit too high.

A gastronomic experience of pure poetry and satisfaction.
Each course was meticulously crafted, the ingredients balanced, and the dishes harmoniously presented.
The chef's welcome began beautifully.
Appetizers:
- Veal tongue, sweet and sour beet tartare, zucchini with yuzu and almonds
- Smoked venison carpaccio, hazelnut mayonnaise, raspberry vinegar caviar, crunchy seeds, and a hint of truffle
Main Course:
- Rosemary and pesteda risotto, crispy wild spinach, lemon zest, and balsamic vinegar
- Cocoa-wrapped venison, dried blueberry, raspberry, and new grapefruit
Shared dessert:
- The Path in the Undergrowth - White chocolate and gianduja stones, raspberry heart, and chocolate crumble
Coffee and small pastries included.

Excellent dinner, charming location, friendly staff. Don't miss the venison carpaccio, the risotto, and the dessert with white chocolate and gianduja "sassi"—a true triumph of taste and sight. A top-notch trip!

One of my favorite restaurants in Bormio. The dishes are interesting and original, without being overly bold, and I also really enjoyed the tasting menu (I tried the meat). The only downside: the last three times, the wait to order was at least 20 minutes. On top of the wait, they didn't bring us water, wine, or even bread (perhaps water was the last). It's a shame because everything is so carefully prepared, and it's clear how much effort goes into the plating, as well as the attention to detail in the ambiance.

Een onopvallend juweeltje onder de restaurants. Zeer mooi kader en het gastronomisch menu is één aanrader! Het personeel doet veel moeite om u in een andere taal te bedienen.
Ottima cena, piatti superlativi il tutto in un ambiente elegantemente rustico. Personale numeroso e competente che ci ha fato sentire immediatamente come a casa.
La scelta dei piatti è ricaduta su un menù sardo e devo dire che è stato eccezionale, anche il rametto di mirto era assolutamente come appena tagliato dalla pianta, per non parlare del liquore mirto rosso fatto in casa.
