Ristorante bello, ben curato e soprattutto con un’atmosfera rilassante ed accogliente. Siamo state accolte con grande gentilezza e calore da tutto il personale. Ci hanno illustrato con precisione le caratteristiche dei vari piatti che erano un mix perfetto tra tradizione e innovazione, veramente delicatissimi. Abbiamo provato i pizzoccheri e i culargiones, entrambi ottimi. E per secondo il vitello con chips di patate viola che era squisito e tenerissimo. Inoltre ci hanno fatto assaggiare un amaro tipico locale, la taneda , che fra l’altro, producono loro, e ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Ci sono ritornato a cena con la mia fidanzata, tutto molto buono, ci ero già stato.
Un po’ deluso della selezione di formaggi che la volta prima che ci sono erano molto più abbondanti.
Abbiamo preso il tagliere di formaggi, come primo i pizzoccheri molto buoni, culurgiones sempre molto buoni e il dolce semifreddo che simulava un fungo e una seadas.
Locale molto curato, alcune persone dello staff in alcuni momenti sono stati un po’ invadenti, però tutto molto buono, ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Very welcoming, quiet. Great place to chat and eat well. Very good dishes with a harmonious and particular taste. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere, background music low enough to be able to chat without disturbing or being disturbed. Friendly and nice staff, as soon as we arrived the waitress recommended an excellent local wine based on my preferences, immediately afterwards the waiter who would then serve us all evening came to welcome us. The wait between one dish and another is minimal, perfect for taking a break between one course and another. Aesthetically refined dishes with particular and very good tastes. Highly recommended for spending a nice evening and eating well.

We went to this restaurant on Valentine's Day and were pleasantly surprised! Cozy location with excellent background music. Dishes with authentic but delicate flavours, Daniel (the mâitre) recommended wines by the glass that were perfect for what we had ordered, thus enhancing the entire dinner.
Fair price compared to the quality of the cuisine and service, highly recommended!

Review of Osteria Ai Magri – Bormio
We had the pleasure of having dinner at Osteria Ai Magri on Valentine's evening, booking conveniently via WhatsApp. We have been frequenting this restaurant for some time and always gladly return, because here you will find authentic hospitality and high quality cuisine.
The restaurant is run by an affable and friendly couple: she, a local girl, is the head nurse, while he, a Sardinian, is the chef. His influence can be felt in the dishes, giving the cuisine an original touch without betraying the quality of the local ingredients. The menu is well selected, with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and each dish is carefully thought out. The plating is excellent, while the environment is a perfect mix of modern and rustic, maintaining a strong link with the traditional style of Bormio.
As for our dinner, I chose a very tasty carpaccio, accompanied by sauces that enriched the dish without covering its taste. As a second course, tender veal, followed by a delicious pear dessert. My partner opted for artichokes with bottarga and a sliced meat, both excellent choices.
The place is spotless, the staff attentive and helpful, and the bathrooms impeccable, an always appreciable detail. Prices are average and the cuisine, although not entirely typical of the place, also offers well-executed traditional dishes. Recommended for those looking for a quality gastronomic experience, with a touch of creativity and selected ingredients.

We had dinner in a nice setting with a nice atmosphere, non-invasive acoustic guitar music in the background, excellent service with the basket of well-assorted bread served with salted butter. We recommend the pizzoccheri which are truly exquisite. In honor of the chef we tried the seada. Honey and orange. Perfect. Account in line with the quality offered. Must try
