Excellent lasagna and cozy atmosphere!

The menu is extensive, and I'd say both the food and the wines are of excellent quality. I'd say the specialty, in my opinion, is the bigoli with truffles and bigoli in general, along with the cold cuts. However, there are some clarifications and many improvements that could be made. First of all, the space is very small and the seating is too narrow! It's suitable for couples or at most tables of four people. Furthermore, the heat inside is excessive because the kitchen invades the room with both fumes and the smell of the food. They're wrong not to take measures. They could also make better use of the space by eliminating unnecessary refrigerators and booths. They never ventilate the space, which they should do! At least leave the door open on an alternating basis. The bread during the appetizer is counted as four slices, and you have to ask for it every time; they don't know how to measure it out. The staff is truly inattentive to customers; they don't take orders promptly and don't pay attention to clearing the table.

We chose this restaurant for two evenings during our stay in Verona for the Marathon over the weekend of November 15-16. It's a central and very welcoming location, but it doesn't have many seats, so reservations are always recommended. The menu is regional, and over the two evenings we tried several first and second courses: bigoli with donkey ragù, bigoli with guinea fowl and truffle, pennette with grandmother's meatballs, and sardines in saor. The service was discreet and attentive; I tried the famous Amarone della Valpolicella. Shout out to the Iranian waitress.

We have discovered this little gem of a restaurant after 2 other Bottega restaurants declined their service because we have a small child in a stroller. Thanks to those rude restaurants we ended up here and felt very well after delicious food and non intrusive but kind service. I am sorry I didn't ask for a lady that served us but thank you very much 🙏🏼 There were 4 of us, 2 adults, a 4yo and a 1yo in a stroller. We had lasagna, risotto Amareno and Carbonara. All was great. Carbonara as if it were prepared in Rome region. Risotto was amazing, I really enjoyed it and the red wine which was recommended by a waitress was a great add on. They accepted to make me one portion even though they always prepare it for 2 people (noted in menu🤷‍♀️). We would definitely come back...

Highly recommended! A quaint osteria with a delicious selection. The menu is rich and varied, with local and international dishes. Definitely worth a try!

Very nice place in the center. We ordered two plates of pasta with ragù, which were really good. The dishes were generous and flavorful. We were satisfied and will be back.

We ate very well, and the portions were generous! It's a shame the bigoli lacked a little more salt, but that can happen!
