The perfect location for both couples (like us) and families and special occasions. The food is excellent and the prices are moderate to high (but that's fair). We'll definitely be back.

A traditional Venetian trattoria on a barchessa (a traditional Venetian barn). The menu is balanced and intriguing. The portions are generous and flavorful, and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Ample parking is available in the back. Discovered by chance, I'll definitely be back.

Located in a quiet, green setting, the service is excellent and fast, the owner is friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, both meat and fish, the homemade desserts are excellent, and the wine is good! I recommend trying the cod Vicenza-style, cooked according to ancient tradition.

A beautiful and welcoming place with a wonderful atmosphere. The owner, Paolo, is friendly and welcoming, as is his son Giacomo. The staff is exquisite (the great Federica!), and we had a great time. The atmosphere was like being with friends, and the food was excellent! It's a shame it's so far away...we'll be back again.

Nice place, large outdoor space, friendly staff, the owner is really helpful and friendly, as for the food, the first courses are decent, the desserts very good and so is the wine, the ambiance is quite nice, ample parking in the back of the place.

Trovata per caso navigando su internet abbiamo deciso di provare. Ottimi piatti sia di carne che di pesce e tutto ben proporzionato. Bel locale e buon livello di servizio.

16/08/2025: A hidden, rather rough-hewn, homey place, mysterious and, just as the name suggests, a refuge/refreshment haven. The selection of dishes is refined and convincing, and the prices are average. The deep-dish pizza is good, with soft dough and excellent ingredients. The sandwiches are also good, juicy and packed with ingredients. The prices listed already include a cover charge (which is free), and the prices for drinks (canned, not on tap) are fair. The only downside is the amount of fries you can add for €2.50 per sandwich, which doesn't reflect the price paid because they're so few. It's better to order them separately as a single portion (as we did). A real shame, because since they're paid separately (and quite a bit), it would be nice to see more on the plate. That said, I'd definitely return for their pizza.

30/08/2025: The location is strategic, as it's right across from the only parking lots in the valley. The atmosphere is quite welcoming, although I personally prefer something less "demanding." The bigoli with duck are very tasty, as is the house limoncello. The owner, with whom I had a pleasant conversation, was very friendly, especially since we discovered we have mutual friends in his hometown. It was a wonderful evening, especially since I had dinner with my son!
