I recommend a stop in this place. The food is excellent (I do not recommend vegetarians) exquisite pieces of meat and cooked in the right way. Trained, polite and friendly staff. The wine list is a little expensive, I'm not aware of the prices for meat but, I repeat, we found it well done. The dessert is also good. Our lunch: Fassona steak, ravioles, 1.36 kg of red Fassona Florentine steak, Barbera (small bottle), 1 apple pie with ice cream and 2 coffees, total €120.

Totally friendly and cozy restaurant and the food was one of the best we tasted in Piedmont.

Su consiglio di un amico abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante. Non si può definire una brutta location, anzi, tutto nuovo e ben ristrutturato. Non si può dire che il servizio non vada bene, anzi, ragazze giovani e velocissime. Neppure che abbiamo mangiato male si può dire. Ma allora? Perché punteggio "senza infamia né lode"? Perché il tutto non ha una grossa personalità. L'arredamento è bello ma si adatta a qualsiasi contesto nel senso che potrebbe trovarsi ovunque. Il cibo è buono ma niente che si faccia ricordare. La carne cruda buona ma il contorno di peperone di Carmagnola non valorizzato, gelato che credevo con mirtilli freschi invece con sciroppo, denso, ma pur sempre sciroppo. Canelloni un pochino molli...

Uno splendido locale in centro Melle , abbiamo cenato nel giardino , allestimento molto curato e personale molto disponibile e gentile I funghi fritti erano strepitosi

A magical place, a restaurant that you don't expect to find in a small mountain village! From the location to the dishes. A location that blends the typical style of the Varaita valley and design elements, giving a unique atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The dishes then, all delicious and plentiful, fair value for money. Try the fried “Mel” tomino, a real pleasure for the palate! Highly recommended, can't wait to go back!!
