We always have such a great experience here. The food is consistently delicious, with high-quality ingredients that really make a difference. The wine list is incredible, with so many interesting options to choose from, and Marco is a fantastic sommelier who makes the experience even more enjoyable. Even if you’re just looking to have a glass of wine, you’ll be spoiled for choice. It’s a wonderful place with great food, excellent wines, and genuinely attentive service. Highly recommended!

Definitely a solid 10. The wine list is commendable, well-constructed, and offers many options by the glass, including Coravin. Precise and attentive service, with great conversation about wine. Quality ingredients, surprising pairings. The smoked pork loin with avocado was delicious. Changilly with lime was perfect for the tartare. Basil and lime pesto gave freshness to the sauce. The Spaghettone Bossolasco with almond, lemon, and ginger cream and bottarga was a must-have. The crystallized peach on the plin was a great idea.

You'll find yourself in a welcoming place where they make you feel at home, with the difference that you'll be eating Piedmontese dishes revisited in a very positive way and asking for wine recommendations, which our host truly knows a thing or two about.

A very characteristic restaurant with an intimate and cozy atmosphere in the heart of Vernante. The menu is varied and unique, and the service is top-notch. The price is reasonable for the quality. The four-course tasting menu is €40, and we also tried the special dish with Japanese Wagyu. The Fassona tartare was excellent! A wonderful experience!

22/09/2025: It's an excellent restaurant that also offers a couple of guest rooms. Located in a historic building in the hamlet of Frassino, it serves primarily traditional dishes from the Varaita Valley, using local ingredients. The food is truly high-quality without being expensive. I would increase the portions of the first courses, but that's just my personal opinion. The comfort of the hotel section is affected by the structural constraints inherent in a historic building, which nevertheless retains its character. The breakfast is truly excellent, plentiful and made with quality ingredients.
14/09/2025: Excellent food and a very pleasant atmosphere. I wasn't happy with the portions, which were far too small, especially the meat dishes, which should curb your cravings for something savory while you wait for dessert... luckily, the bonèt that ended the meal was simply spectacular! Service was a bit slow, so take your time.
