Ristorante 'O Canonico 1898 In Sorrento

Very nice restaurant in the central square of Sorrento. I went for a company dinner, so with a pre-established menu; dinner essentially based on fish! The starters were all delicious, an assortment of 6 courses based on raw fish: an explosion of flavours, delicious dishes and very fresh fish!!! I vote ten!!!!! First and second special and good! He's a good dessert too! What can I say…. I would happily go back!! The service was impeccable, good explanation of the dishes and a lot of friendliness and attention to the customer!! Optimal!!!!

Bonita decoración, buen vino. Tomamos un plato principal (secundo piatto) que era bueno (pescado del día), pero la cantidad era MUY pequeña por un precio de 30 €. También nos pareció extraño que la cocina parece compartida con el restaurante de al lado, que tenía un menú bastante barato (pero fresco). Por último, supongo que fuimos desafortunados con el postre profiteroles, uno de nosotros se enfermó mucho de la noche a la mañana (¿tal vez no descongelado correctamente? ). Así que en general esto no vale la pena recomendar debido al alto precio

Decades ago I was at the O' Canonico restaurant, two days ago I called my brotherly friend Paolo Cafaggi, I asked him to be able to intercede with Marco Terminiello to have the possibility of welcoming my relatives for lunch, what I didn't know was that it was closed, HE opens the restaurant and GREATLY welcomes those who were recommended to him, it's a beautiful and simple story, but it makes us understand what feelings mean here, they ate and drank GREATLY, this is a gesture that I will NEVER forget, thanks Paolo and Marco, once again you have shown me your friendship, your affection and your wonderful humanity !!!!!!! Fuimos recibidos en nuestra mesa con un Prosecco de cortesía. Es auténtico, delicioso y frente a una plaza. Realmente disfrutamos de la comida aquí. Fuimos dos veces.

Excellent restaurant! Super friendly waiters, hearty dishes! I recommend the zucchini risotto and the tiramisu. Everything is really good! A faultless one. Italian atmosphere. Cool for a restaurant with family or lovers. Very affordable price. Covered €2/pers. Super reasonable!
