Today, December 25th, I ate, or rather enjoyed, excellent dishes from the proposed menu with my family. The cappelletti in broth, the tagliatelle with ragù, the boiled meat in green sauce, the very delicate panna cotta with vino santo are superb. All of great quality. Plus the courtesy of the waiters and hosts.
Then the fireplace lit! What more can you ask for?

Siamo capitati qui per caso durante un soggiorno a Badia Tedalda e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Cibo ottimo e prezzi bassi. Abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto di salumi e una Fiorentina molto buoni. Consigliato!

Nothing to say we ate reasonably well. The only negative note is the owner and the staff: there is no way to send customers away. I understand that you closed at 3pm and in the evening you had to reopen with 80 people, I heard with my own ears. It was our fault that we arrived late and had to wait for a friend of ours who had gone to get the van in Parchiule. But there is a way and a way. Their fortune is to be the only bar restaurant within a 20 km radius. By this I mean that if I'm in the area I will definitely stop for lunch. I know what time the kitchen closes anyway 😉 .

We ate a spectacular Florentine steak. They offer several complete menus; we took the Florentine menu which includes: an appetizer of cured meats and panzanella, a 1kg and 200g Florentine steak (spectacular), fried potatoes and a good house red wine for 50 euros for 2. We will be back soon!!
