Ristorante Niccolò Van Westerhout In Mola di bari

I’m still sitting at the restaurant, enjoying a great playlist along with the hustle of the kitchen , this was not just a meal, it was a whole experience! We enjoyed every bite, from the lobster, strascinati, and Drunken Prawns - to the point we were wiping the sauce with the remaining bread! Mimmo was an excellent host, he made wonderful recommendations, and catered to our every need - even coming to the rescue when I spilled some sauce on my shirt! They even gave us a delightful complimentary dessert to end our meal! This was the first restaurant we tried in the Apulia region, and it will be very difficult to top it! We will definitely return!

This is an excellent restaurant full of character, the music was good and at the right level. Most importantly the food was excellent 👌

A very good restaurant right next to the musician's statue, offering an excellent menu. My wife and I started with delicious artichokes before moving on to shrimp ravioli with a rich and delicious sauce and perfectly cooked Adriatic taglione with a wonderful flavor. Finally, a sporcamuss for dessert (a discovery) perfectly rounded off this delicious meal.

Excellent food. Came to eat here for 2 nights in a row because of the wonderfull experience. The food is amazing, we especially enjoyed the seafood ravioli. The wine served was great. What made our experience was the great staff, our waiter Mimo server us wonderfully and made the atmosphere in the restaurant. Highly recommend going here!!!

We went to dinner at this restaurant for my birthday, Parisian style location, very helpful and super friendly owner, very kind waiter, exquisite food, they pampered us with local delicacies and last but not least a beautiful candle with Happy birthday music. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!

Serata di marzo , dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro cerco un ristorante nelle vicinanze dove concludere la giornata ! Da subito guardando le foto della location e dall’inusuale cognome del Padrone di casa , mi e’ piaciuto ed incuriosito ! E quindi ci siamo andati ! Locale tranquillo luci morbide .. ma soprattutto una bellissima esperienza gastronomica ! Trovare un ristorante dove tutto quello che mangi non lo avevi mai assaggiato , e’ sicuramente un caso raro ed intrattenendoci con il Padrone di casa abbiamo capito il perche’ ….. Ora vi conviene provare e capirete !

Worth a visit and maybe even more than one... we had a selection of appetizers and desserts... very high level. Original dishes with good planning and equally good execution. The location is very well looked after... Parisian bistro style. Attentive but not suffocating service. Drank a glass of excellent sauvignon. What can I say... if I return to Mola di Bari I will return to taste the first and second courses...

Dopo un lunga giornata di lavoro cerchiamo sempre un accogliente location dove trascorrere qualche momento di relax cenando ed assaporando le “idee” di qualche cuoco !!! Quasi sempre l’intuito legato ad un po’ di esperienza mi conduce nei posti giusti ! Anche questa volta siamo approdati nel posto giusto! Location accogliente bella musica al volume giusto , ovvero quella che ti consente di chiacchierare senza dove urlare e poi tutto perfetto ! Un menu’ misto terra e mare profumi e sapori che si legano ai ricordi , accoglienza e cortesia di chi e’ vissuto per il piacere si fare ristorazione ! Un sicuro porto dove approdare ancora con piacere .
