I've known it for many years; it's my go-to place for lunch or dinner when I pass through Cosenza Nord Rende. Fish reigns supreme.

Even though Cosenza has become more expensive than central Paris (think of the situation), Nettuno pizzeria remains a paragon of honesty in the Cosenza area. We want more Nettuno, less posh places.

We chose to stop at this restaurant for lunch during a road trip, as it's very convenient to the highway exit. We were really pleased: fresh, well-cooked fish, quick service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Excellent!

07/10/2025: We went to Il Cantuccio again last night and had such a great evening! As a starter, we shared patate e peperoni - absolutely delicious - along with the house herb pizza bread. For the main course, I had a Pizza Caprese, which was amazing - I really love their dough! For dessert, I couldn’t resist a classic Tartufo di Pizzo Pistacchio - the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. We had called ahead to reserve a table, and as always, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended spot for an authentic and relaxed Italian dinner! 🍕💚
