Non si mangia male ma neppure bene, molto caro per la qualità del cibo che serve, forse ha visto tempi migliori. Cacio e pepe "brodosa" tortino melanzane buono ma freddo, carciofi romana dimenticabili

Super great restaurant we stumbled upon for dinner our first night in Rome! The service and hospitality was outstanding, the owner and his wife made it feel like we had gone to grandma's house for dinner. My friends had delicious pasta dishes and since i am gluten free, the server suggested the tagliata for me which was also wonderful. We ended the dinner with homemade desserts and would love to return again some day!

Food was excellent, had a bean soup to start and steak for main course. Service was average and a number of items on the menu were not available and the staff did not advise you if this upfront. Also one of the vegetable dishes arrived after we had eaten the meat. The food made up for lack of service. Good value for money.

03/08/2024: If only there were more... My thought is just this. Bottega Liberati is, in my opinion, what butcher shops (and more generally "food shops") should be like. Very clear traceability and very high quality products. I say more. I often use it as an example to friends and managers when we talk about how to do things well. What to say... If only there were more...
22/07/2024: I wanted to experience the fame of this shop to enjoy a steak out of the ordinary, something that was truly of quality, and encouraged by the reviews I went to this shop where I was served with kindness and accuracy, where it was carefully explained to me what I was buying and how to bring out the best in it through subsequent preparation. Result: an exceptional Florentine steak, above my expectations, rich in flavor and with undoubted high quality (which you rightly pay for). I will definitely return to try the other numerous products offered in the shop.
