Excellent meal! We had spaghetti with clams which was really delicious and our daughter had linguine bolognese which was also excellent. The servers are adorable, attentive and give good advice. I strongly recommend

We stumbled upon this restaurant a bit by chance wanting to eat fish and we met Giampiero and he made us fall in love with his gastronomic proposals. we let him do it and he pampered us with very fresh fish dishes accompanied by an excellent wine. The entire staff was up to the task, always a beautiful, genuine Roman smile full of grace. We often end up in Rome and I think that next time I will head to the village of Ostia Antica to rediscover that welcome and those flavors that enriched our experience. The bill was also in line with the quality of the product and service offered. Thanks for now, we'll see you again soon

They opened their kitchen for us at 3pm. Was by far the best food we ate during our stay in Rome. Friendly staff, excellent seafood and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will regret not stopping by. 🙏🏽

Locale storico, con richiami al passato nell'arredo. Ristorazione nella media, buoni i tagliolini ai frutti di mare (in particolare le cozze, fresche e consistenti), poco digeribile la frittura, altino il prezzo (15€) di una cacio e pepe senza infamia e senza lode. Dalle altre recensioni mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Buono il servizio.

I had read the reviews, and not even one denial. Varied and excellent food, fresh fish cooked in various ways. Friendly and efficient staff. What about the place? Just wonderful. Absolutely average price. Congratulations guys!!

Nice discovery, high quality, prices compared to what you eat. Portions that satisfy! Homemade service but we liked it that way, receiving advice on the catch of the day and local specialties. We will return again and again. Simply amazing

Appena arrivati lo staff ci ha subito accolto con gentilezza. Ristorante fantastico! Ho apprezzato molto l’arredamento scelto. Qualità cibo ottima. Qualità/prezzo molto buona. Vivamente consigliato per un pranzo o ancora meglio una cena in famiglia, in coppia o da soli. Complimenti

13/08/2024: For a long time I wanted to go to the Balanzone inn to eat tigelle and fried gnocco.... The wait to do so more than satisfied the idea I had. We chose the fixed menu which included a tray of mixed cold cuts, a plate with a piece of gorgonzola and a piece of stracchino, homemade Giardiniera, a cutting board with five small bowls each containing a different condiment. And a basket full of fried dumplings. Cold cuts, what can I say....which were good is an understatement, hot tigelle, fried gnocco ditto. Friendly and competent staff who explained to us what the condiment bowls contained and the best way to combine them. Their cherry compote combined with stracchino 😍😍🤤😋.... Something stratospheric.... But even the other toppings had nothing less I will definitely return to eat at the Locanda, together with other friends or family. It's really worth it.
07/08/2024: Went for the first time recommended by friends, excellent cold cuts, fried gnocco and tigelle, accompanied by various sauces.

10/08/2024: Typical restaurant with Roman cuisine, we ate very well, excellent mezzemaniche with oxtail. They also accommodated for gluten-free by making a fantastic carbonara. Tender and tasty porchetta. Fair prices for the quality of the food. One star less for service only due to the excessive price of draft beer, a simple Ichnusa from 0.30 to €7 is too much. One star less for the environment due to the bathroom on the floor below. Highly recommended.
10/08/2024: The ambiance is fantastic and except for our group, it is all Italians! So not a bunch of tourists ruining the real Roman Trattoria experience. I would recommend this restaurant highly.
