The place is magical for its location, plus the quality of the food is truly excellent, the chickpea soup I highly recommend... then everything is finished with a friendly and always available service without ever being overly invasive... absolutely worth trying

Di solito quando recensisco su TripAdvisor non sono così schematico ma credo che renda meglio il mio pensiero. La premessa è che sono stato bene ed ho mangiato del buon pesce. PRO - location rustica ma molto caratteristica; - servizio cordiale ed efficiente (ci sono stato a pranzo in un giorno festivo ma l'attesa è stata accettabilissima) - menù interessantissimo, con pesce fresco lavorato bene (Leggermente) CONTRO - le porzioni non sono insufficienti ma per il tipo di offerta qualcosa in più sarebbe stato auspicabile - il prezzo mi sembra più in linea con un ristorante di fascia più alta - occhio agli spicchi d'aglio...

A wonderful experience all around. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly staff - excellent food and wine pairing. Perfect for after a visit to Castello Julio II to which it is adjacent or the Archeological Park 1/4 mile away.

23/08/2025: If you're in Rome, don't hesitate to come here. Good food, nice people, and affordable prices. Two hearty dishes and a drink cost 12 euros, and that's the most expensive thing I've ever had.
22/08/2025: Typical Italian dishes at the best price. They also offer several types of pizza. We ordered a two-course meal and a bottle of water for €12. There aren't too many tourists because it's further from the center, which is appreciated (as a tourist myself 😝). You can order takeout or eat it seated at a table or on the terrace. I 100% recommend this place.

22/08/2025: Excellent beers, a huge selection. The quality and variety of food is also very good. It's a pub suitable for everything, from aperitifs to dinner, and of course, after-dinner drinks.
