Simple hotel at a modest price, excellent location as it is just a few kilometers from Santo Stefano di Sassanio, Calascio and Campo Imperatore. Kind owner. The room is normal but the bathroom drains could use some attention as they gave off an unpleasant smell. The heating is managed by the hotel and we couldn't heat the room more. Breakfast is normal with croissant, croissant, cappuccino, yogurt and packaged sweets/rusks as well as jam and Nutella. We had dinner in the hotel, typical Abruzzo cuisine. The servings are more than generous and the prices are very honest, so be careful because otherwise you will have leftover food on your plate. Convenient parking and double-glazed bedroom windows.

While passing through the area we stopped for a quick lunch, which I must say was excellent We also want to thank you for the advice to visit Bominaco, a small village of 50 people where there are two magnificent small churches, one of which is rich in wonderful frescoes

We only had lunch, everything was very good, very good kebabs and sliced ​​beef, the managers were kind, we will be back 👌

Excellent hotel in a strategic position in Abruzzo, very convenient for reaching both Rocca Calascio and Campo Imperatore. The cuisine of their restaurant is also excellent, especially the first courses and the selection of wines. Hospitality and courtesy at the top. We are always happy to come back. Highly recommended!

We arrived several consecutive evenings without a reservation because we were passing through. I recommend booking instead! It is super popular as a venue precisely because it is excellent as a restaurant. The staff are super friendly and helpful and managed to find a table for the 2 of us. The service is excellent with excellent food, thanks also to the quality of the raw materials. The kitchen uses fresh, local products and the dishes are homemade. The pizzas are also excellent with digestible dough. The icing on the truly excellent cake is the dessert: saffron custard. SUBLIME! I have never eaten such a simple but balanced dessert. Attention is addictive 😅😋 Whatever you try, starters, first courses, second courses, desserts or pizzas, everything is delicious and plentiful at honest prices. Thanks to all the staff. Arrivata un po' tardi per il pranzo ma sono stata accettata e ho mangiato veramente molto bene. Le ragazze sono eccezionali. Preso un piatto di spinaci saltati, gnocchi di patate di Barisciano allo zafferano, 1/4 di vino, acqua, 2 dolcetti e una grappa! Tutto squisito!

Albergo molto confortevole e cucina spettacolare, una bella sorpresa! Facendo tappa lungo il cammino del Gran Sasso abbiamo goduto di una pausa veramente rigenerante: camere comode e luminose, proposta gastronomica di alto livello. Un luogo di tradizione che tiene alta l'asticella della qualità, consigliatissimo!
