Located in the heart of the Stampace neighborhood in Cagliari, Mondo & Luca is a welcoming restaurant that offers cuisine inspired by Sardinian tradition, with particular attention to fish dishes. The overall experience was pleasant, but not without some small imperfections. The food stands out for the quality of the ingredients and the attention to traditional recipes. The sea bream with Vernaccia turned out to be the real highlight of the evening: one of the best I've ever tasted, juicy, tasty and cooked to perfection. However, there were some problems with the temperatures of other dishes: the octopus salad was served a little too cold and the dessert was still partially frozen. The restaurant is comfortable and well-kept, ideal for a relaxing dinner, and the staff were kind and helpful, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. With a bill of 75 euros for two, the quality-price ratio is normal, but greater attention to detail would have improved the experience. However, Mondo & Luca remains an interesting restaurant, perfect for those looking for a taste of Sardinian cuisine, with the potential to take a further step forward.

Ottimi sempre gli antipasti come pure la spigola e gli spaghetti alle vongole e buttarga! Ogni volta che torno nella mia Cagliari tappa d'obbligo a pranzo da Luca ! Sempre consigliato!
