Used for conferences, meetings, company dinners and obviously tourism. Fantastic structure, great professionalism, excellent location, large car park, wonderful swimming pool with free use of the beach volleyball or beach tennis courts (waterable to reduce the temperature of the sand) and football pitch. Excellent bar service also for external guests, very kind staff.
Everything wonderful. New and great flagship for Imola.

They should renovate everything a bit. Investing a little, especially for the prices, should be renewed. There is! Furthermore, professional staff, everyone was nice, including at the bar etc! Nice pool but don't be careful. Too many tragedies.

In the space of 3 months we have already stopped to stay overnight at Mulino Rosso twice.
It is a safe haven for transit travellers, when one is tired from continuing a long journey.
It is located a couple of meters after the IMOLA motorway exit ... being open 24 hours a day.
Prices are well accessible.
The entire staff is very kind and polite.
The (excellent) buffet breakfast with a wide choice is included in the price.
I highly recommend staying there...my family and I can't wait to stop at Molino Rosso again!

Ristorante nella media e non molto buono per i prezzi un po’ più alti della qualità, per i dischi di plastica al posto della classica tovaglia e per le toilette decisamente vecchie e proprio non all’altezza.
Il servizio è ottimo.
Il menù è un mix tra cucina emiliana e romagnola.
Il cibo servito è tutto gradevole e nelle giuste proporzioni.
La cantina dei vini è molto fornita e con ottimi vini.
Tornerò e avrò molto piacere di aggiungere almeno un altro pallino!!

Sono anni che soggiorno assieme alla mia famiglia al Molino Rosso per ragioni logistiche e per l'ospitalità. In questo hotel si trovano tutti i comfort immaginabili. Il parcheggio è adiacente alle camere molto belle, spaziose e sempre pulite. Impeccabili sono tutti i servizi forniti direttamente dai proprietari e dal personale sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. In particolare iniziare la giornata con la colazione servita con il sorriso e il buon giorno di Giuseppe e Gianna ti mette di buon umore. Non manca poi la ristorazione servita da Augusto e tutto il personale con gustosi piatti tipici romagnoli, pesce, carne e squisiti dolci fatti in casa.
