Friendly staff, impeccable service.
The restaurant offers excellent dishes, and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathroom is outdated compared to the (superior) room. The breakfast service is also excellent, served in a room adjacent to the bar, where you can enjoy delicious croissants and excellent coffee.
I will definitely return.

This hotel near the Imola highway exit, very famous and popular during the golden years of Formula 1, is unfortunately outdated today, with little traffic, and high prices for the facility. The breakfast is international, sweet and savory. The rooms are clean and spacious, with air conditioning, a minibar, and poor WiFi on the second floor. The reception at the front desk was almost annoying at checkout. We had two dinners here; the food was good and well-prepared, but considering the price, the lack of tablecloths is inconceivable.

Adequate, but a bit disappointing. A 4-star hotel with a pool (but it's open to the public, so it's crowded with people from outside the hotel, making it difficult to use. I'd recommend keeping at least one or two lanes for those who want to swim; the splashing water makes it impossible). The room was nice, nothing to complain about. Two significant flaws to point out: the restaurant was closed (for vacation!), and the bar also didn't provide anything to eat (the kitchen was completely closed, making even an aperitif impossible), which I think is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Second flaw: there was no safe in the room, not even a small wall-mounted one (even 3-star hotels on the Riviera have them!), but what's even worse is that they DON'T keep guests' valuables at reception; they only kept my laptop for a few hours, not overnight. This also seems inadequate for a 4-star hotel. Should guests keep their valuables in their rooms?

I thank the management for their kind feedback, but I should point out that I tried to get something to eat at the bar around 6:30 PM, not at lunchtime, and the response was completely negative, as reported. Regarding the safekeeping of valuables, I recommend checking with the reception staff: when I asked to store my laptop, I was "invited" to retrieve it within a few hours and before dark, and the existence of a safe was never mentioned... Thank you.

Era un po' di tempo che non tornavo al Mulino Rosso, quasi un paio di anni in quanto altre volte avevo trovato chiuso. I prezzi sono visibilmente aumentati, soprattutto dei tortellini in brodo che ora sono a 18 euro. In passato, peraltro, ricordo che portavano la zuppiera con cui si faceva molto più di una sola porzione, mentre ora solo il piatto con i tortellini, che restano comunque sempre all'altezza.

L' hotel é da consigliare. La stanza é adeguata, c' é tutto. Il letto é comodo. Il bagno abbastanza grande. Per noi é importante anche il parcheggio e la buona colazione, soprattutto il buon caffè che fa il barrista. Ci rivedremo. Grazie
