Ristorante Masaniello In Maiori

We had dinner three nights at this wonderfully local and welcoming restaurant in Maiori. Our hotel had teamed up with this restaurant to provide dinners during our stay and it was an absolute pleasure to return to this restaurant for the three evenings. We were welcomed on our first night with incredible graciousness and felt like locals by the time our three nights had ended. All three nights our dinners commenced with a house chosen pasta, all of which were beautifully prepared and presented. We had a variety of Secondi over our visits and found the seafood options to be particularly memorable. Each night we were treated to a complementary glass of lemoncelli and a small homemade dolce to compete our meal. Being a coffee lover, I of course, sampled the restaurant espresso each evening and was very happy with the coffee. Although all espresso in Italy is pretty good, the coffee here was beautifully rich and strong. If you are looking for a welcoming, delicious and local experience in Maori, this is the perfect place to have an evening meal. The two nights we were able to sit out on the patio, added a additional charm.

We once saw the staff thoughtfully place roses on a table ahead of a couple’s arrival, having been requested in advance. It’s this kind of personal touch that speaks volumes about their commitment to hospitality. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making your experience unforgettable. They’re happy to answer any questions—whether it’s about the preparation of a dish or selecting the perfect wine. We’ve often relied on their recommendations, giving them our budget and trusting their judgment—and we’ve never been disappointed. In short, Masaniello’s is a must-visit when in Maiori. Whether it’s your first time on the Amalfi Coast or your tenth, this restaurant captures the heart of Italian dining—flavorful, heartfelt, and entirely unforgettable.

Very nice location. The foods were okey, we ordered salad and seafood pasta, both were good but had small portions. They welcome us quickly but after sitting, we waited 30+ mins for the foods, and we also had to wait for the bill and even at the counter we had to wait for the staff/owner to go around chatting with people then came back and gave us the machine for credit card.

Masaniello, a name you can trust! Chef Pasquale, with his raw and cooked fish creations 🐠, satisfies every palate. The restaurant's central location is perfect for a relaxing stroll after lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!!!

Ristorante a conduzione familiare, punto di riferimento a Maiori. È stato piacevole ritornare per gustare le ottime pietanze di pesce. Proprietari gentilissimi, esperti, sanno consigliare per il meglio. Come accoglienza c'è il pane caldo fatto da loro con tre farine differenti e offerto con olio evo. Consiglio il pesce locale al sale, oggi mi è toccato un ottimo pesce marmora. Come primo ho preso gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare ed ho trovato i prezzi convenientissimi. Qualità sicura
