Impeccable fine dining experience set in breathtaking scenery

A luxury restaurant in a prestigious environment, the quality of the dishes is good but there is room for improvement. If you are looking for an enchanting place and luxury service, this is the restaurant for you.

Dining at Manna is an enchanting experience, immersed in the evocative atmosphere of a perfectly preserved ancient village courtyard. The scenography is completed by lush vines that descend from the roofs, adorned with bunches of grapes that add a touch of authenticity and charm to the place. The dishes are taken care of down to the smallest details and prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The calamari appetizer with cherry tomatoes presents itself as an explosion of freshness on the palate, light and well balanced. The spatula served with polenta is a perfect combination of flavors, which intertwine in a harmonious balance, making the dish not only tasty but also surprisingly creative. To conclude, on the advice of the staff, we savored a dark chocolate cake accompanied by a custard ice cream, a real icing on the cake, which crowned the entire gastronomic experience in a sublime way.

Great restaurant, the dishes were delicious, impeccable service, very nice and authentic place. I recommend with eyes closed. You have to book well in advance, they are often fully booked!

Appagante...la location molto romantica e situata nel cortile di un baglio stupendo; il cibo di ottima qualità e molto gustoso; il servizio super efficiente; personale che non si ferma un secondo: attento e gentile. Forse prezzi un poco alti ma ne vale la pena! Consigliatissimo

There's so much potential here. The setting is stunning, the set up is bordering on Michelin Star, the value is extraordinary for the quality of the food...and yet... Maybe I expected too much, but I really felt in the end it was style over substance, and the flavours never quite worked for me or anyone in our party. It wasn't bad. It was very good in fact.. but it just didn't work for us. I'm ashamed to say I found overall the flavour profiles we found in Sicily very disappointing - we didn't have one great meal during our 10 days there, and you'll see from my other reviews we eat well and broadly.. So from that, I lay no blame at the restaurant, but have to conclude it was us.. hence 4*.. others seem to have had a wonderful time
