The food here was not delicious and felt like I wasted an Italian food experience which is just precious to me. Th pasta was drowning in a bowl of butter which the tiniest sliver of asparagus. My husband had the trout tagliatelle but it was not as good as a traditional ragu. Price was ok. Only tourists in the restaurant.

We had dinner in this restaurant with friends, relaxing environment, attentive service and excellent dishes. The owner gave us the best advice. I really recommend this place

An unscheduled village that surprised us with its history and architecture, a random place that delighted us with its flavors and courtesy and at a fair price. There are few photos because I didn't have time but the truffle strangozzi are unmissable and the cold cuts platter is so abundant that two of us struggled, with pleasure, to finish! It's a shame not to have tested the homemade desserts due to satiety. I recommend booking.

Ottimo ristorante nel centro storico di Trevi con bellissima ambientazione storica. Piatti abbondanti e ingredienti selezionato del territorio. Ottimi il tagliere di salumi e formaggi, le tagliatelle al ragù di trota e gli strangozzi al tartufo. Negli altri tavoli erano presenti clienti abituali per cui decisamente non un ristorante per turisti.

After a beautiful walk, starting from the station (about 45 minutes) we arrived in the ancient part of this beautiful village. The place and the staff are very welcoming, the food is very good and cared for. We had 3 appetizers (scrambled eggs with truffles, appetizer of local cheeses and cured meats and trout and pesto bruschetta) a mushroom and chickpea soup and two second courses (baked trout and sweet and sour suckling pig) two coffees and amaro. All delicious, highly recommended!

I'll try again and see if Google publishes... everything perfect. From the little outside place, to the characteristic but genuine street, the friendliness of the owner and the waitresses....and the taste....THE TASTE GUYS. I still dream about the bruschetta with anchovies and the ones with fish, as well as the tomato sauce for the strangozzi. I hope one day to return to Umbria to eat here again. THANK YOU!

Serata a cena in coppia molto positiva. Abbiamo degustato il mix di crostini del territorio, molto gustosi e uova strapazzate al tartufo di livello ... Strangozzi in bianco ai funghi del territorio??? Mi sarei aspettavo dei porcini .. mah da rivedere .. polenta con sugo di salciccia e funghi molto buona .. x secondo parmigiana al sedano nero non gustosa .. forse perché abituato in puglia dalla ns classica alle melanzane . Dolci buonissimi.. Oste preparata e molto attenta al servizio .. esperienza positiva...

13/05/2025: Wonderful place, immersed in nature in a relaxing and clean place, The room was wonderful and the service at the top of the category. Friendliness and availability in everything. Not only will I return but I recommend it to anyone who wants a place to relax outside the chaos of the city.
07/05/2025: An oasis of peace and tranquility immersed in lush nature, a few meters from the small village of Pietralunga and a short distance from many splendid locations in the upper Tiber valley. Very kind owner and available to satisfy requests right from the first telephone agreements, as well as recommending places to visit. Our apartment, equipped with everything you needed, had a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding valley. It's a shame that the days were few, we hope to return.

10/05/2025: Siamo stati al Ristorante La Torre e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! La location è suggestiva e curata, con una vista sulla bellissima Torre di Castel San Giovanni, che rende l’atmosfera davvero magica. Il menù è un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e creatività: ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti di altissima qualità e presentato con grande eleganza. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i primi fatti in casa e la selezione di carni locali, tenerissime e saporite. Ottimi anche i vini, scelti con competenza e proposti in abbinamento ideale. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, attento e professionale, capace di farci sentire coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un ristorante raffinato ma autentico, dove ogni dettaglio è curato e ogni sapore racconta il territorio. Consigliatissimo!
05/05/2025: Abbiamo preso come antipasto due gusti di bruschette (molto buone, in particolare il pane), come primi gli gnocchetti allo speck e sagrantino e la zuppa di cipolle di cannara e infine lo spiedone di maiale. Tutto squisito! Prezzi onesti e porzioni adeguate Abbiamo mangiato molto bene Il locale ha un'atmosfera rilassata e si trova appena fuori dalle mura della torre della botonta
