Excellent restaurant!
A welcoming and quiet atmosphere and super friendly staff.
The food, typical of the Maremma region, is excellent: flavorful cured meats, a rich and varied first course (I personally would have preferred the tortelli with ragù and the gnocchi with butter and sage rather than the other way around, which is why I'm giving the food 4/5 stars). The desserts are the highlight (we had the chocolate and chili pepper cake and the salted caramel cheesecake).
Excellent value.

I was here for dinner and had some delicious tortelli!
Everything was delicious, including the gnocchi (which melted in your mouth), the "guinea fowl in white sauce," and the desserts (a truly tempting selection).
The quality-price ratio is excellent, complemented by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
The place is truly beautiful, welcoming, and elegant.
I recommend booking well in advance, and I highly recommend the tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach—incredible!

Genuine and rustic cuisine, menu with not too many dishes but everything of quality. The acquacotta is delicious, the sage tortelli are also very good. The desserts are absolutely worth tasting: chocolate and chilli served with liquid cream, cream and fruit. Price is normal, not cheap but not too expensive either.

A classic, rustic Maremma trattoria, family-run, I believe. Obviously, it's not appreciated for its very basic location, nor for its brisk yet appropriately courteous service, but then again, we're talking about a provincial trattoria. Let's get to the food, the most important thing. Needless to say, this hotel restaurant also has rooms on the upper floors, and is renowned for its ricotta and spinach tortelli with ragù, tomato, or butter and sage. To be on the safe side, I tried the ravioli, gnocchi with ragù, and fettuccine with wild boar. The great discovery was that the fettuccine with wild boar sauce, in my humble opinion, far surpassed the ravioli, their flagship dish. The first courses had character, flavor, and personality; those wild boar morsels were like butter, cooked for I don't know how many hours. I appreciated the use of rosemary to flavor the meat, as well as the red wine. The pasta was al dente, nice and full-bodied. In short, a dream first course. The other two main courses were good, for goodness sake. I appreciated the smooth filling in the tortelli, not too flavorful. In my opinion, they lacked a hint of nutmeg, although I found the flavor a little too subtle (in my opinion, also because the pasta should be drained better). However, you can forgive me. I found in these dishes the authenticity of the past, Sunday dishes. Those gnocchi had a consistency I would call perfect, a pleasure to the palate. Don't forget to get a dessert, you're spoiled for choice: panna cotta, tiramisu, etc. Price: €25 for a trio of first courses, water, bread, and service. Highly recommended.

We ate the best tortelli in Maremma! The Tuscan crostini and fried zucchini flowers were also excellent. The desserts were superb!

Servizio preciso e rapido, ma cortese e amichevole. Antipasti genuinamente toscani, tortelli divini, secondi ottimi e dolci paradisiaci. Da provare per poi titornare. Ne vale proprio la pena!

Frequento questa trattoria da non molto ma ho mangiato sempre bene. Si d'accordo il locale non è un gran ché, però se vuoi assaggiare la vera cucina maremmana, merita farci una visita. Tortelli maremmani to, acquacotta, tagliatelle fatte in casa e cinghiale in umido. Prezzi non bassi ma nella norma.
