Good hotel with good facilities, but it is in an average location

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the location and view were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the room was very nice. I would love to come back!

The pool and outdoor space are very nice and are a 10/10. The interior of the hotel is quite dated. Poor quality breakfast.

The room decor is a little dated and not very welcoming, but the hotel is very well maintained, and the air conditioning works very well. Very nice pool. Large parking lot right outside the rooms. Hearty and varied breakfast. As a result, the clientele is full of families and children.

Very unfriendly stuff on reception. Not able to organise transportation to a restaurant. Talk behind the clients in Italian language. Go in the room with sign “no disturb” Look for an other one if you will a nice vacation.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days in the first week of August. The location and view were wonderful, the rooms were meticulously maintained, and the decor was exceptional. The pool was spectacular, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained, with a breathtaking view. The reception staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, available to answer any questions, as were the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The price was reasonable for the location.

We stayed as a family at Luna Lughente, and it was a great hotel. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The pool was terrific, as was the view. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with my family for 14 nights. I cant fault anything with this hotel. Infinity pool was lovely and never been overcrowded. Food at the restaurant is so good we spent most nights at the hotels restaurant instead of outside. Breakfast also good with lots of choices. Hotel is very clean through out. They have a spot at Pittulongu beach just 3 minutes drive and the sea, beach is wonderful. Its 30 Euros for 2 sunbeds and shade for first 2 row and 25 for the other rows. We initially stayed at quadruple room but then changed it to suit room, because the room did not had any terrace nor a balcony otherwise it was nice and clean. Paid quiet a bit extra for suit room but it was worth it. Wife and kids loved the room, me also. Hotel have a free parking on site and I would advise to rent a car to explore the surrounding beaches and coves. Staff from reception to house keepers were wonderful and I would like to thank them individually, Daniela, Ilaria, Teresa at reception, thanks for everything you did. Mauro at the bar ' Forza Juve ' , waiting staff specially Fabricio and the ones I cant recall their names, thank you all, It was an unforgettable holiday.

The location is ideal, provided you have a car, the pool has a beautiful view, the water is cold but you just have to be brave to get in, the room is okay with a small downside but nothing extraordinary, the cleaning ladies come late, the breakfast is varied, there may be a lack of orange juice dispensers, you have to serve yourself with 1L bottles For my part, the restaurant lacks a buffet for lunch or dinner because it remains quite expensive, so you have to go out elsewhere to eat better and cheaper.

It doesn't deserve 4 stars at all! Restaurant service not good, they don't take orders properly, not pleasant, no iron in the room you have to go and get it and bring it back when you're done, today I asked for the iron which was broken and made holes in my new shirt, and of course we apologized and they told me we're going to put it out of service, very good, good approach after my shirt had holes! Bed and pillow not comfortable at all, we all slept badly, I don't recommend this hotel! No summer atmosphere here, luckily we only stayed 4 nights, for me the only positive point is the beautiful swimming pool, that's all, nothing else
