The location offers a beautiful view, but it's far from the city, so a car is necessary. The hotel is good for a weekend getaway, as there's no on-site entertainment. The breakfast was poor and identical throughout our seven-day stay. On the plus side, it was quiet and had plenty of space by the pool.

Very good stay. Quiet hotel, great breakfast with a magnificent view. On the outskirts of Olbia and next to Pittulongu beach (book sunbeds with the hotel cat for a great rate and free parking). A receptionist speaks French and was lovely when we had some small problems and made calls for us in Italian. We will return to this establishment!

I can hardly understand the negative reviews. **1. Location & Rooms:** Very clean, comfortable beds, and an overall high standard. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport or ferry. We had to stay overnight because we missed our ferry – check-in was done within 2 minutes after a quick phone call. Convenient: private parking for cars, trailers, and motorcycles. **2. Breakfast & Amenities:** Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Olbia and the infinity pool is a dream. It's very varied: four types of muesli, various nuts and dried fruits, fresh fruit, pastries, several types of cakes, various cheeses, mozzarella, various cold cuts, egg dishes, beans, mushrooms, sausages, grilled vegetables, etc. The rolls and croissants can even be toasted, and there's a machine for filling the cornetti with various creams and jams (even pistachio cream). Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and even carnivore guests – everyone will find something to eat here. I didn't check whether vegan milk is available, but given the abundance, no one will go hungry. **3. Location & Peace:** The hotel isn't directly on the beach, but rather quietly located on a hill with beautiful views of the bay – a true oasis of peace. There's a shuttle service to the beach (about 10 minutes away), where the hotel's own loungers are available. **Conclusion:** The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine compared to other hotels in the area. Everything seems immaculate and renovated. I don't understand why there are some bad reviews here.

There's no private beach as stated on Booking.com. It's a lie be careful. Other than that the hotel is incredible.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Highly recommended. The beds are a bit hard, but I like that.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the location and view were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the room was very nice. I would love to come back!

Very unfriendly stuff on reception. Not able to organise transportation to a restaurant. Talk behind the clients in Italian language. Go in the room with sign “no disturb” Look for an other one if you will a nice vacation.

The room decor is a little dated and not very welcoming, but the hotel is very well maintained, and the air conditioning works very well. Very nice pool. Large parking lot right outside the rooms. Hearty and varied breakfast. As a result, the clientele is full of families and children.

The pool and outdoor space are very nice and are a 10/10. The interior of the hotel is quite dated. Poor quality breakfast.
