Ristorante Luna Lughente In Olbia

Incredible pool for spending hours just gazing at the horizon. The location requires a car to get around, as it's on a "deserted" hill. Spectacular breakfast.

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful location on top of a hill, so there is a view of the entire Gulf of Olbia. Very nice and competent staff - both at the reception, in the restaurant and among the cleaners. It is very clean and tidy everywhere, and the breakfast buffet, which has a wide range, is constantly replenished. A nice luxury was that you were given beach/pool towels in a bag and these could be changed for new clean ones every 3 days. You need a car to get to the hotel, and it is also convenient if you are going to the beach or into the city (Olbia).

We stayed at our Olbia resort for six nights. The cleanliness and spacious rooms were excellent. Overall, the staff was very helpful. We were very pleased. The location is very difficult to access without a car. A car is absolutely essential. The breakfast was very inadequate for a Turkish person. They could add a Turkish breakfast option with beer. The hotel restaurant opens at 8:00 PM, as per Olbia standards, and there is no food service between 2:30 PM and 8:00 PM. This is a bit of a hassle for families with children.

The best thing is the infinity pool and how quiet the place is. The staff is obviously unmotivated and lacks sales skills because they struggle to even say good morning. The breakfast is decent and closes at 10:00 a.m. The odd thing is that if you're having breakfast 20 or 30 minutes before and it's 10:00 a.m., they start clearing everything even if you haven't finished. It's supposedly a 4-star hotel, but I doubt it. The level of service is 3-star.

Magical experience, enchanting place and truly professional and competent staff. Great for a wonderful holiday to spend with your family.

We stayed at the hotel for six days in June. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views and large balconies. The highlight is the infinity pool, which is very large and offers a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious, but items were often missing, and the coffee machine often didn't work.

We had an excellent stay at Luna Lughente. The room was fantastic for our family of 4 with a double and 2 single bed for our two young boys. The AC was awesome which made my wife very happy. We were allowed to check-in early so we appreciated Ilaria helping us with that. The hotel has a beach shuttle but you can drive your car. The sunbeds and umbrella are 20 euros which is ok but I think those should be complimentary for hotel guests. That said, the beach is spectacular with white sands and Cristal turquoise water. Thanks to Lautaro for driving us. The pool, bar and the staff are simply great people. Thanks to Sebastian during breakfast and Mauro during evening drinks. They also have a soccer mini field which our boys loved. The infinity pool and the views are breathtaking. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. Its proximity to Olbia downtown and as a center to go for day trips to some of the most spectacular calas and beaches make it a fantastic hotel to stay at. We look forward to staying at Luna Lughente on our next trip to Olbia.

The room was a bit dated, as was the bathroom, but the location, the quietness, and the immaculate cleanliness make it worth the rating. However, while the service in the restaurant is 10/10, the food isn't great. It would be better if they charged more but were of better quality.

Service should actually have 6 stars. Above and beyond literally everything you can ask for! Also wonderfully quiet at the end of May! 5min drive from beautiful beach. Really great beaches are a bit further. Breakfast delicious! Only not much change. In Sardinia they drive like crazy. 50km away you still have an Italian in your neck with 80km! There is no boulevard or anything at the hotel so you must have a car. Family room is spacious and clean. No balcony or terrace, so you can have new beach towels every day!
