The property is in an excellent location, very close to the sea and well-serviced. The owners are very kind, professional, and approachable. The accommodations are comfortable, spotlessly clean, and constantly sanitized. The staff is always available.

The restaurant and hotel staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The rooms were beautiful. Personally, I found the town poorly maintained, with houses overgrown with bushes that forced you to step off the sidewalk.

If you're passing through Giulianova and you like seafood... Lucia's is a restaurant you'll love! The appetizers, first courses, grilled dishes, fried dishes, and main courses are all delicious! All topped off with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff! The wine list is more than adequate! Must try!

Uno dei posti più buoni in cui abbia mai mangiato!!
La materia prima è super fresca e molte volte fatta in casa o sul momento, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Il personale è stato cordiale, educato e super preparato.
L’ultima volta che sono stata qua avevo fatto la prova del menu degustazione dal costo di 50€ a persona, questa volta ho deciso singoli piatti ed il prezzo si aggira intorno alla stessa cifra (se si prende antipasto, primo e dolce).
Antipasto preso: triglie fritte in cereali, erbette e salsa di pomodoro
Primo preso: spaghetti al crudo di gamberi rossi
Dolce: “soute di frutta”

To date, the most stylish restaurant I have eaten at on the Adriatic coast, both in terms of service and decor and - of course - the food. Everything was very good and even generous in portions. Prices were a bit high but all in all not expensive, in relation to the quality expressed.

We had dinner here for my birthday. I have been coming to Giulianova for almost 40 years and I have to say that this is the best seafood restaurant in town. Excellent value for money. I recommend the spaghettoni with bottarga and the ravioli and the raw and warm appetizer!

My review only evaluates the Restaurant since we were sleeping in a B&B L’ape e L’orso producers of the wine we drank at the table!
Everything we ate was excellent, well cooked and added value, very high quality of the raw material (fish), the owner very helpful and great connoisseur of what he offers!
Beautiful and well-kept place, large and well-spaced tables!
I will definitely return, and I highly recommend it!

Il mare a tavola condita con tanta passione e maestria.
Chef Paolo veramente bravo negli abbinamenti al pesce rigorosamente fresco.
Adoro mangiare ai ristoranti e ne ho visitati veramente tanti,questo supera veramente tutti..crudi,brodetto (con una porzione mangiate in 2),carta dei vini e bollicine top,dolci molto buoni ..prodotti da loro..mi ha lasciato senza parole..complimenti davvero!!!Ci tornerò molto presto con amici.
