Un menù preparato con la massima attenzione alla qualità e ai sapori e con un pizzico di fantasia: Davide e Laura perfetti padroni di casa per un gruppo di fortunati commensali. Ottimi i gamberi rossi di Mazara sulla gelatina di gazpacho e il baccala' in tempura; gradevoli i gamberoni lardellati sulla crema di ceci e lenticchie. Superlativi i cannoli ai carciofi con pecorino erborinato e non da meno il risotto con aglio nero. Adeguata la scelta dei vini con occhio di riguardo alle bollicine italiane e francesi

We went for dinner at Canovaccio, very beautiful,romantic, small and elegant place . Staff very friendly and caring . Food delicious , simple mix of ingrediants but different plating.

Bel locale in pieno centro storico di Campiglia, elegante e accogliente, curata la mise en place, servizio cortese e attento. Si è mangiato bene con prodotti di qualità e piatti ben presentati. Menù abbastanza circoscritto e più orientato al pesce. Prezzi medio alti, porzioni sufficienti

I strongly recommend “Il Canovaccio” Restaurant. DELICIOUS, really DELICIOUS food. The dishes are all very particular, very distinct flavors, wonderful plating. The location is beautiful, both the lovely cozy outdoor terrace, as well as the beautifully painted inner room. Very professional and attentive staff! An excellent restaurant that I encourage people to visit. Fair prices considering the excellent quality.

If you are in the area you must taste this cuisine, tuna and lime tagliolini are from a starred restaurant, the same goes for linguine with red prawns from Mazzara and cuttlefish ink.

The “Il Canovaccio” restaurant in Campiglia Marittima was fantastic! The cuisine is excellent, with tasty and well-presented dishes. Service was fast and efficient, perfect for our group of eight, including a one-year-old who was served right away. The wine list is very rich and the staff were able to advise us perfectly. An excellent culinary experience that we can't wait to repeat!
