Everything very good, nice environment and organized and prepared staff.
Prices slightly higher than average but it's worth it both for the location and for the food served.

We ate very well, a postiglione appetizer for two people, two tagliatelle with wild boar sauce and the red fruit millefeuille, excellent quality and quantity. Clean and welcoming place, service a little slow. The bill proportionate to the offer.

La Locanda del postiglione was a pleasant discovery in the heart of Spello. It is located a few steps from the entrance to the walls, an excellent location if you want to avoid the city's climbs. The food is excellent and typical of the Umbrian tradition: we recommend the postiglione appetizer and the tagliatelle with cheese, pepper and truffle. The waiters are friendly and attentive, the service fast. The environment is very characteristic and welcoming. It tends to be very busy, so it would be best to book your table in advance.
Absolutely recommended if you are planning to visit Spello!

We had tagliatelle for dinner and I have to say it was wonderful!
Applause for the stringozzi handmade by the owner's mother! World Cup!!!
If you pass through Spello I recommend you stop and eat here.

Abbiamo prenotato online senza risposta. Ci siamo avvicinati lo stesso e la signora che ci ha accolto ci ha spiegato che il sistema di prenotazione non era andato a buon fine ma, nonostante il locale fosse pieno, ci ha trovato un posto. Voto pieno per la gentilezza ma anche per il cibo e la location.

Veniamo spesso in questo ristorante perché si mangia bene ed è molto carino. I proprietari sono simpatici e gentili e ti consigluano al meglio. I prezzi non sono economici, ma consiglio di prendete l'antipasto completo che è ottimo e potrebbe essere da solo un pasto completo.
