Friendly and attentive staff.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Excellent cuisine, with a varied and plentiful breakfast.
The location is very convenient for the slopes and hikes.
My only suggestion: keep the rooms a few degrees cooler at night.
Remember to book in advance for the spa!

I stayed last weekend, and we were very happy.
The hotel was clean and welcoming, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious.
The only flaw, if we're being picky, is that I paid the pet fee even though, in addition to the welcome, they didn't provide a bowl or a toilet mat.

Clean rooms, good restaurant, excellent value, very nice and well-maintained spa, and finally, exquisite staff, especially Mark, who welcomed us with a kindness that unfortunately is hard to find these days!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel on Christmas Eve. Everything was perfect...from the welcome to the dinner and breakfast, it was equipped with every comfort. For the price, I highly recommend it. And what can I say? The location is stunning, surrounded by nature.

We only stayed one night, but I have to say we had a great time.
A huge games room with foosball and ping pong; I'd probably recommend having a few more games for the kids. Dinner and breakfast were top-notch, with a wide selection of delicious options. Our room had slightly uncomfortable children's beds due to the low ceiling, but frankly, it wasn't a problem at all. Perhaps the only flaw was that the room was a bit too warm, even though we asked for it to be turned down a bit. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its view and location. I'm attaching a photo taken from the Hotel Bonardi.

Clean rooms, hotel very close to the ski slopes. The shower gel bottles in the bathroom were empty, but there were samples. It's a shame about the heated outdoor pool, as €30 a day is too much, considering the spa is also an extra cost.

Everything was fine: clean rooms, excellent food and table service, and a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The only downside is the exorbitant price of the outdoor pool. We would have liked to use it, but €30 per person, not including the spa, is truly exorbitant. I hope to find a more reasonable price in the future so I can try it.
