What struck me most, however, was the attentiveness of the staff: waiters and managers were extremely kind and professional, with great sensitivity to those who, like me, have celiac disease. I found rare attention to service, with a real focus on avoiding cross-contamination and ensuring that each dish was suitable. It's something that truly makes a difference and isn't found everywhere. A place where you eat well and where those with special dietary needs don't feel like "a problem," but rather like guests welcomed with respect and attention. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: We celebrated my cousin's birthday with a family lunch. The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Villa Rosa, an elegant and refined establishment with excellent cuisine and attentive and professional service. A great find.
