A superb 5-star restaurant! We were exceptionally lucky to be able to eat at 11:00 AM because we were starving. The baccalhau was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic! The staff is very friendly and competent! Bravo, we'll be back! Best regards and thanks again!

Family atmosphere, good à la carte menu but also excellent off-menu choices... delicious mussels with curry... Had it for lunch and excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The service is professional and friendly at the same time. The tuna is legendary. But so are other dishes on the menu. Like the octopus or fregola. Everything is sublime.

We were looking for a late lunch around 2 pm and had trouble finding a place open, until we came across this charming family-run spot. The owner greeted us warmly outside, and when we mentioned we were hoping to try fresh local tuna, he immediately assured us he had the best. We started with pasta and shellfish, which was flavorful and beautifully presented. My husband ordered the tuna steak while I had the fatty tuna — both dishes were outstanding. The freshness of the seafood was undeniable. To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a bottle of Sardinian white wine that was light, crisp, and paired perfectly. The experience felt truly authentic — the sister of the owner is the cook, and the cousin also helps run the place, making it a real family affair. Sitting outside, savoring such delicious food and warm hospitality, made for a memorable meal. We truly enjoyed every moment.

Sitting at Oasi di Carloforte is an authentic experience, a celebration of flavor and the local area: the freshest ingredients are expertly enhanced in dishes that evoke the sea and the island's traditions. The incredibly welcoming staff transforms every course into a pampering experience, making the meal a precious and relaxing experience. The restaurant is simple yet refined: an inviting veranda, rustic yet refined spaces, where hospitality emerges naturally and warmly. Among the dishes that have left their mark are the fantastic fried moray eel, spaghetti with fresh tuna eggs, anemone fritters, tuna in olive oil, and roasted octopus: everything is harmonious and delicate. Special mention for the fried calamari. Traces of oil in the frying, not found!!! The experience is enhanced by the wines of the renowned Antonella Corda Winery, a young boutique winery in Serdiana. Born in 2010 from family experience and a modern, sustainable vision, Antonella interprets her terroir with grace, offering elegant, authentic wines that enhance every dish. I recommend the Vermentino di Sardegna DOC and the Nuragus di Cagliari DOC. At Oasi, you'll find the quality it promises: excellent food, authentic freshness, and attentive, family-friendly service. The pairings with Antonella Corda's wines add a regional and sensorial dimension that makes every bite and every sip a memorable experience. I can't wait to return soon. Are you wondering why I didn't give it a total of 5 stars? The price/portion size ratio is definitely room for improvement.
