I celebrated my son's baptism in this restaurant... Everything was truly perfect, organisation, room management and service. Super price considering the excellent work. Really compliments.

Really interesting proposal!! Mario is a culinary artist and his dishes are unique and unmistakable. The fish is delicious and retains its connotations on the palate. With his son Michele and all the staff, a true journey through flavors expertly harmonized with excellent wines and great attention to the customer is guaranteed. Sono tornato nuovamente a godere di una serata in tranquillità e relax. Pesce come sempre di altissima qualità...si può chiedere di andare avanti a crudi fin quando la fantasia dello chef e di Michele Forte in sala non finisce. Ogni richiesta può essere esaudita. La carta dei vini è ampia a varia.. ovviamente verte più sui vini bianchi e spumanti. Per me è spre un'esperienza che mi coccola dall' assaggio di benvenuto, passando per il percorso antipasti, gnocchi fatti in casa ieri sera e dolci di Mario Forte...un pasticcere veramente talentuoso fino agli alcolici fi fine pasto...I sigari, il servizio acqua per i cani, il bignè con crema calda fuori menù fatto per te, il cioccolato salato, carta degli oli di oliva EVO, diversi tipi di caviale...insomma è uns coccola continua.

Domenica 27/10/2024 siamo stati qui per il Compleanno del Mio Amico Agostino per i suoi 80 anni, con sua moglie, i figli e il Nipotino Lorenzo, pranzo eccezionale, tanto e tante portate, tutto buonissimo e si sentiva la freschezza del pesce, fino al dolce e del buon vino, consigliatissimo, tutto al momento, Grazie

The L'Oasi restaurant, immersed in the countryside south of Velletri and just 5 minutes from the historic centre, offers a culinary experience of the highest level. The structure, imposing and welcoming, is ideal for both large events and intimate dinners, thanks to its warm and refined atmosphere. The restaurant, well cared for both inside and outside, is equipped with a large car park to facilitate guests. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, capable of recommending the ideal wine for each dish. The menu, varied and well balanced, offers both sea and land specialities, with particular attention to fresh and seasonal products. A special mention goes to the crudités and the selection of extra virgin olive oil, a choice that embellishes every dish. The quality of the food is excellent, with authentic flavors and recipes that respect tradition, but do not give up a touch of creativity. Prices adequate for the quality of the offer and the setting, certainly lower than other locations such as Rome or Anzio. L'Oasi is the ideal choice for those looking for a refined but accessible restaurant, where attention to detail is reflected not only in the dishes but also in the service. Recommended for all lovers of good food and a convivial atmosphere.

You enter through a gate, onto a long and impressive tree-lined avenue. You arrive at the entrance to the restaurant, in front of a fountain and under a portico, reminiscent of an estate or a farmhouse. And this is welcome. The elegant but at the same time informal interiors. It may seem strange, but the first things I noticed were the order and cleanliness, together with the good choice of making the most of the spaces. I attended a champagne tasting. These exceptional wines were accompanied by superlative cuisine. A combination never found in other similar experiences. The chef's mastery was found in every dish, from the presentation to the flavors so balanced as to be able to grasp every single ingredient, which enhanced the quality of the fish offered. Anchovies, oysters, cuttlefish, croaker, bread, raisins, dill, lemon peel, truffle. That simplicity that explodes on the palate, and I don't think it's absolutely easy to achieve these results. Behind all this, there is study, attention and refinement. The staff very professional. A relaxing atmosphere for an experience that I want to do again as soon as possible, with good friends outside of particular events, because I am sure that every lunch or dinner with them is a unique experience.

We went to this place as guests for a wedding. Being a vegetarian, I really appreciated that they were prepared for me to take on the side, even though I could easily adapt to both the starters and some of the first courses, but I really appreciated this care.

Having lunch with friends. Varied menu with a predilection for fish dishes. Excellent quality and freshness. Well-stocked cellar. Excellent service. Advised.
