Ristorante Lo Chef In Trapani

August 2024, we called after 2:30 PM because we arrived late in town... we were warmly welcomed, and were told that the restaurant, by specific decision of the owner, Gaetano, the "Chef," is always open from lunch until late in the evening. The Garelli Gulp (a moped from my time) is a lovely and spectacular place, with many other photos hanging on the wall. The menu was simply spectacular, with delicious dishes. We had the busiate with sardines, very fresh and flavorful, busiate with grouper sauce, swordfish meatballs, and the fantastic illegal cannoli, a true delicacy! We wanted to meet Gaetano, a young chef who masterfully combines flavors and ingredients. The pasta is homemade. I even met his mother, a very kind person. What can I say? We returned during our stay to enjoy the other delicacies. Congratulations again. I'll be back in the area again in 2025, and I won't miss dinner at the Vintage restaurant... See you soon, Gaetano.

Great food. I'm a passionate cook, and this is one of the few places I've never been disappointed with.

This experience was absolutely incredible!!! 10 out of 10! Food was just an art! Stuff is super lovely! I tried the best tuna steak in my life!! They gifted us a cannollini and super tasty drink!!! Omg!!! They made our night! We could call it fusion kitchen or an artistic food! Bless God this people! Highly recommend!!!

Busiata with zucchini, pistachios, and toasted almonds. A journey through the portal of time in a circle of pleasure. Velvety on the palate. Wandering through the dishes in the enchanted circle of taste. Friendliness, attention, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the staff and owners have elevated this restaurant to the top of the Trapani tourism pages as an absolute must-visit for enjoying splendid dishes. Excellent in everything you eat

I decided to celebrate my graduation with a small dinner at the Vintage restaurant. Everything was perfect! The owner was able to give me great advice and the welcome was excellent. We felt at ease, pampered and we ate very well. Everything was delicious! Thanks again for making that day special, which was very important to me. 😊
