Spectacular Cous Cous, the other dishes are also ok, compliments also to the very nice waiter, well done

We came into town on an off hour and this was one of the few places in the area open, but that was no problem for us! We all ordered several different dishes and we were all satisfied. The food was fresh and flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the swordfish with potato cream as well as the pasta with sardines. We had Sicilian cannoli for dessert which were large and flavorful. It was a ricotta filling which still retained the flavor of the cheese while not being overly sweet. I would have liked the filling to be slightly sweeter and have an additional flavor, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. They provided us with small biscotti and homemade almond liquor for free which was also delicious.

It was a great discovery, we were four friends on holiday in Trapani and by chance we discovered this beautiful place, excellent cuisine, and wonderful owners!!!!

Probably, my impressions would have been better if the appetizer and compliment from the establishment had been brought before the meal, and not after, which is quite logical.

During my Sicilian vacation in Trapani, I stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant. Our waiter, Giuseppe, suggested a whole 750g tuna fish, expertly grilled to perfection. As a frequent tuna consumer, I'd never had it prepared whole before - usually, it's sold in smaller portions or frozen. The freshness of this seafood was unparalleled, straight from the sea and never frozen. The dining experience culminated with complimentary almond liqueur and biscuit, a delightful touch. This meal stands out as one of my fondest memories of Sicily, thanks to the warm hospitality and friendliness of its people.

If I could I would give 1000 stars, fantastic experience from all points of view, congratulations, I will definitely return, thank you!
