Nice discovery, a really welcoming place in my opinion, ate very well and spent the right amount, I left the restaurant very satisfied

Without shouting about excellence, a good restaurant with also different dishes (donkey, pig's trotters, cheek... and more) All cooked well without excelling. Low price. Fairly fast service.

The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel at home. The menu offered a delicious range of dishes, all expertly crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a culinary delight and I can't wait to return to try other dishes. I tried fettuccine and ravioli with sheep sauce, donkey and sheep stew and veal tongue with pink pepper. Highly recommended!

Super yummy food, Friendly and smiling staff, nice place! I will come back even if it's a bit far from home to try the donkey meat! Well done to the owner!

The girl who served us was really kind and attentive. The place was full at lunch but we didn't have to wait either to order or to eat. Good food, generous portions and excellent value for money. I recommend it

Pranzo in due, trovato posto senza prenotare. Provato soddisfacenti tagliolini al sugo di pecora seguiti da un buon baccalà in umido con patate. Rosso sfuso della casa bevibile. Personale pronto e attento, conto senza sorprese.

Trattoria che offre qualche primo cucinato e tante preparazioni alla brace a prezzi onesti. In tre abbiamo preso prosciutto e fichi, accettabile, fettuccine al ragù, accettabili, fettuccine al sugo di pecora, assolutamente edulcorate e insipide, mortadella grigliata con stracciatella, buona, ma è stato un tuffo nel passato di almeno 20 anni, salsiccia alla brace, nulla di eccezionale, costine di asino in umido, molto particolari, a me sono piaciute, due insalate patate e cipolla, buone. Due bottiglie di minerale perché faceva un caldo spaventoso. Piccolo particolare: il pane lo servono in bustine con due fette in ognuna. In totale circa 70€ (non ho pagato io) Da tornarci? Sinceramente non lo so.

Hotel Degli Olmi Restaurant

04/11/2024: We stayed in this hotel from October 31st to November 3rd (family with two children aged 6 and 8 years) and had a wonderful time. Excellent welcome, disarmingly kind staff, from the reception to the waiters in the dining room. Order and cleanliness everywhere. We felt at home immediately and my son has already booked for next year. The icing on the cake: my daughter turned six on the 3rd; not only did they remember the occasion but they prepared a small cake to celebrate it complete with a candle. She was moved and we were together with her. And then excellent suggestions for independent walks complete with detailed information on where to park and what to do as well as truly special guided excursions. The guide Marco proved to be truly effective in making us observe the beauty of the area and guiding us in understanding the reason for a certain conformation of the flora. Truly a perfect experience. We will definitely be back! A three star who competes with many four stars hands down. Maybe it's because the concreteness of the people of Abruzzo is truly an added value!

05/11/2024: Very positive experience overall, although with some reservations about the flavours. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, which makes for a pleasant evening. The dishes are presented very well, with attention to aesthetic details and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, however, some dishes did not quite meet expectations. For example, the tartare, despite its inviting appearance, was cut a little too thick, making it difficult to chew and rather tasteless. Overall, a good restaurant with plenty of room for improvement on taste, but definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere and quality of service.
