Happened by chance for midweek lunch during a business trip between Rome and Teramo, I was able to appreciate quality in the service and food, at an honest price.
I ate an appetizer of melted pan-fried cheese with ham...a delicacy, finishing with grilled pork liver, accompanied by cooked and sautéed mixed vegetables, well done 👏

Without shouting about excellence, a good restaurant with also different dishes (donkey, pig's trotters, cheek... and more) All cooked well without excelling. Low price. Fairly fast service.

The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel at home. The menu offered a delicious range of dishes, all expertly crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a culinary delight and I can't wait to return to try other dishes.
I tried fettuccine and ravioli with sheep sauce, donkey and sheep stew and veal tongue with pink pepper.
Highly recommended!

Super yummy food,
Friendly and smiling staff, nice place! I will come back even if it's a bit far from home to try the donkey meat! Well done to the owner!

Pranzo in due, trovato posto senza prenotare. Provato soddisfacenti tagliolini al sugo di pecora seguiti da un buon baccalà in umido con patate. Rosso sfuso della casa bevibile. Personale pronto e attento, conto senza sorprese.

Trattoria che offre qualche primo cucinato e tante preparazioni alla brace a prezzi onesti.
In tre abbiamo preso prosciutto e fichi, accettabile, fettuccine al ragù, accettabili, fettuccine al sugo di pecora, assolutamente edulcorate e insipide, mortadella grigliata con stracciatella, buona, ma è stato un tuffo nel passato di almeno 20 anni, salsiccia alla brace, nulla di eccezionale, costine di asino in umido, molto particolari, a me sono piaciute, due insalate patate e cipolla, buone. Due bottiglie di minerale perché faceva un caldo spaventoso.
Piccolo particolare: il pane lo servono in bustine con due fette in ognuna.
In totale circa 70€ (non ho pagato io)
Da tornarci? Sinceramente non lo so.
