If you're looking for substance, this restaurant in Carsoli won't disappoint: the food is authentic, genuine, and decidedly good. You can taste the typical local flavors and the genuineness of the ingredients.
The problem is the location: the atmosphere is extremely chaotic and noisy.
In short: Go here for good food (it's worth it), but be patient with the chaos.

This is the second time I've eaten here with friends from the biker group, and I have to say, the atmosphere is welcoming, the service is good, and the meat is excellent. I recommend it if you're in the area.

This is my second time here. Prices are excellent, portions are generous, and everything is delicious.
Plus, they serve parmesan/pecorino cheese at the table, something I haven't seen in years, and I really appreciate it.

I don't think we'll be back! We sat down, ordered, and in less than a minute the first courses arrived... pasta and beans, bland and very thin, watery... fettuccine with mushroom sauce, the pasta seemed not to have been cooked on the spot but rather reheated in hot water before being served, the melted cheese with turnip tops, good...
In my opinion, the staff were very kind, but the service was too fast, you get the feeling they want to send you away as quickly as possible... you can't really enjoy your lunch...
What a shame! The location is very nice...
