3 star hotel but deserves 5 for its location, spectacular view of the Dolomites, large comfortable rooms with panoramic windows, and the icing on the cake in addition to a very nice wellness center with an attached gym, the exceptional gastronomic part, raw materials, attention to detail and kindness in the service, 10 with honors

For the second year, it's a fantastic establishment. Francesca and Manfred are always available and attentive to every need. The hotel has a large parking lot, including a convenient charging station for electric cars—a service that isn't a given, but is very useful. Our room had a beautiful view of the Santa Croce... which is why we advise against drawing the curtains... as the ever-sarcastic Manfred suggests. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable. The relaxation area is elegant, minimalist, and equipped with every comfort. Compliments to the dining room staff, Chiara, Martina, Valentina, Valeria, and Iacopo, always available, smiling, and attentive to every request. Rosario was impeccable in serving appetizers before dinner, which amazed us every evening. On Thursday, the much-loved Ladin dinner was excellent and plentiful. Nicola was an excellent bartender, and Vittoria was always smiling at reception. A team of people managed perfectly by Francesca and Manfred. Great hotel with super cool staff and amazing food, the only downside if you are a cyclist is the km climb up to the hotel, aside from that fabulous.

The views and hospitality are amazing. One of the most relaxing spa's. Couldn't recommend it more.

After many positive experiences of staying at the hotel, I can say with certainty that it has become my second home for summer and especially winter holidays. Impeccable services, very nice and clean rooms, wellness, comfortable ski room (with access to the Gardenaccia slopes) and really excellent food and always available staff. Compliments to Francesca, Manfred and all the staff!
