What can I say, an institution! If you're coming here thinking "I don't know what to eat," you've come to the wrong place. For 50 years, Marina has only been making polenta concia with stew and Valdostan soup with mixed grill, and there's no better place in the entire valley to eat soup! No frills, no frills, just authentic Valdostan food and excellent food! A must-visit if you're in the Ayas Valley.

A traditional stone and wood restaurant overlooking the valley. We dined there during the Christmas holidays; the snow-covered landscape is like a fairytale. Excellent food, a very welcoming location. Impeccable yet no-frills service, typical of mountain restaurants. Excellent value.

08/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant with quite high prices and medium quality food. We literally paid 18€ for a dish of 2 raw carrots with mustard, wow. This place is just about the fancy of it.

27/02/2026: This restaurant, just steps from Aosta's historic center, is famous for its enormous and delicious cotoletta (breaded veal cutlet). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend booking because the restaurant is always busy.
