Ristorante Le Ancore In Anzio

14/11/2025: Touristy atmosphere because it's completely decorated with slightly outdated Spanish objects. The only downside is that the menu lists paella with lobster, but the waiter told me it's sometimes available, but not in the main restaurant. The menu is excellent, with the buy-one-and-get-two paella coupon. The service was exceptional, and the price was excellent. I spent €39 for a paella... a plate of octopus and potatoes, and some fried cod biscuits. The background music was so annoying that I couldn't hear my wife talking. A positive experience, I recommend it.

08/11/2025: Tried it for dinner. I really enjoyed it (I love Spanish cuisine); the paella was very rich, well-cooked, and flavorful. The atmosphere is informal, and the staff is very friendly. I'll definitely be back.
