The location is spectacular, and for this reason it deserves better management. From food to service.
We didn't eat badly but without art or part. The Iberico fan was overcooked and under-fanned. They were very short pieces of pork placed on top of the friggitelli (good), the cream caramel served with a mascarpone chantilly that had nothing to do with it, the service not up to par. A wonderful location generates equally high expectations.

Nice restaurant with large window overlooking the Frassino lake in a quiet area. Courtesy and good quality of food. Availability of internal parking and meeting rooms. Next door there is a good hotel, away from traffic and in the quiet of the vineyards of lower Garda.

I attended an organized dinner, I can understand (but I don't accept) that on a table of twenty people, after 3 bottles, two on the table and one more requested, the waiter replies: you have to pay for it but that's okay but the most disconcerting thing is that halfway through service is that if they ask you for bread the waiter replies sorry is it finished? Nothing to say about the food and the environment, in fact, that evening you certainly lost more than a few likely people returning to eat at your place.

Struttura molto bella e curata, sia la parte antica che quella moderna, affacciata sul delizioso laghetto del Frassino. Ci siamo fermati per una notte (colazione spettacolare).
Il ristorante pure lui molto accogliente, tutto vetrate ci si sente nella natura. Si mangia bene, prezzi medio-alti, qualità buona anche se non abbiamo trovato piatti da urlo. Servizio così così, gentile ma poco competente, vista l'ambientazione per il ristorante ci aspettavamo qualcosina di meglio, ma comunque vere carenze non direi .

Location incantevole immersa nel verde, camere grandi, pulite e curate. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Spa piccola, ma completa di tutto. Colazione spettacolare. Tutto perfetto!
